Yes, but I don't like fights that last too long. I'm getting used to it now. After I watched the anime for so long, I started catching up with the manga and I was like, "That was a short fight!!" XD If you read the manga and watch the anime, the fight scenes don't last as long.

Any character with a ridiculously huge sword. And especially if the character doesn't look remotely capable of wielding said ridiculously huge sword. Over compensation
When someone talks with their eyes closed. (Who does that? Really?)
When a group of people decide on a plan of action and everyone agrees by saying "Hm!" in perfect unison.
Yu-Gi-Oh -- nuff said.

Cloud is so PS1-lookin'. XD Sorry, I forgot what old graphics look like.
Big swords are awesome, though.

Excessive use of flashback footage. Any small, sickeningly cute animal that's always being held by a girl. To me that's the equivalent of those stupid Paris Hilton purse dogs.

Big swords are only ok if the person actually looks like he can hold a sword that big (in my opinion Zabuza (from Naruto) looked strong enough) The skinny little kids? Not so much.
Shows where every single bad guy realizes the "error of his way" and suddenly becomes a good guy

Shows where every single bad guy realizes the "error of his way" and suddenly becomes a good guy Gawd, if I had a nickel everytime *that* happened. Which is why Zuko better stay out of Aang's posseFight scenes in which the actual animation loops or repeats itself. REEEEALLY bad pop songs for opening and closing themes. Androgynous men that every girl otaku seems to think is hot for some inexplicable reason. Maybe that's just my personal tastes though...

My biggest anime pet peeves are as follows:
Clear basic plot like Naruto (Ninjas and what Ninjas do), DBZ (martial artists traning to be strong), and Sailor Moon (magical girl and friends use powers to defeat monsters to save the present for a better future) but just take FOREVER to wrap it up. You know where I'm going with this, just like DBZ, which you could watch one episode every day for a year, and you'd still have about 45 episodes left.
Every girl in the show is shown naked at one point/every girl has big boobs. Let's not mince words here: I like girls and I like seeing girls naked, but come ON! At one point, believe it or not, it does get a little old. I like imagining what certain girls, like Hinata, would look like naked.
Poor animation/English dubbing. This has got to be my biggest anime pet peeve. Look no farther than Final Fantasy Unlimited for what I mean. The story sucked, the animation sucked, the Japanese voices sucked, and if that was true, then you know that the English voices, which 9 times out of 10 nobody likes, were just atrocious.
Insanely long fight scenes. Sarutobi vs. Orochimaru. Oh, God. Naruto vs. Gaara/Chief Toad w/ Naruto vs. Shikaku the Sand Spirit w/ Gaara both were shorter than that fight. Hell, Gaara vs. Rock Lee was shorter, and that was three episodes! Sarutobi vs. Orochimaru was, like, three episodes, with inflections in about 8 more. Don't even get me started on DBZ.

I hate how all secondary characters (rivals, former villians, etc) are essentially useless against the "ultimate" bad guy. I hate how girl characters really don't do anything besides scream out the hero's name or fall on their knees when bad stuff happens.

I hate when they beat the enemy with sheer willpower. The dudes lost half his blood, has been shot, stabbed, etc, it doesnt matter so long as he has WILLPOWER.
EDIT: Bad guys never have willpower

EDIT: Bad guys never have willpower Argh, yesss. I hate those cheesy lines that are like "He shouldn't be able to stand!" or "How can he still be fighting?" If he shouldn't be standing, well...he shouldn't be standing. That's that. I never see evil characters who defy the laws of endurance like that. Whyyy?

Thats what i like about FMA fights, they are short and purely skill based.
SPOILER
If Ed doesnt stand a chance in a fight, he doesnt get an uber awesome surge of energy letting him overcome all odds, he just gets Envy's arm through his chest.

My biggest anime pet peeve is...
Series that hook you, that pull you in. You quickly tear through the subs hoping to get to the big pay off, to the happy ending and then BAAAM!! brick wall. It turns out that they never made the ending and you have to now go hunting for the right volume of the manga just to get to see the ending that should have been included in the anime.
CURSE YOU LOVE HINA!!!!
Oh and another pet peeve is when the anime deviates from the actual events of the manga, or just sort of leaves stuff out. I mean, what is the point of even watching the anime if to even understand half of what is going on I have to go and buy the manga.
Or when the anime gets too far ahead and then just starts making stuff up. Like WTF mate?!
And ducks what is up with ducks . . . okay that is different pet peeve all together.

Or when the anime gets too far ahead and then just starts making stuff up. Like WTF mate?! They do that with FMA, but I actually like it. It means that there's still something to look forward to after the series ends. And when the manga finally does come out, you don't know whats going to happen
