Important - this isn't about whether Katara likes Aang romantically; it's about 'does she know he likes her romantically?'.
Just for the record, my answer is 'maybe'. I think it's possible but I am definitely keeping an open mind about this.
Aang has blushed 3-4 times (maybe more) right in front of her or where Katara can clearly see him blushing. Aang's skin color is pale (not dark) like Katara or Sokka's so it should be obvious when he's blushing.
And 'blushing' a lot of times means 'I like -like- you.'
Examples in canon whereupon Aang blushed:

FortuneTeller ep. --- If I remember correctly, I think Aang blushed when Katara showed off the necklace he made for her.
Bato ep. --- After she kissed him on the cheek, Aang blushed.
Cave of Two Lovers ep. --- Katara is standing right behind him, showing how to position his arms.
City of Walls & Secrets ep. --- Katara and Toph in their new dresses and make-up, another blush from Aang who says 'Wow. You're beautiful.' Since it's Katara who was about to reply to him, I'm assuming she knows his compliment is for her.

I probably missed other blushes, but good grief if Katara is oblivious - how many times is Aang supposed to blush right in front of her before she realizes that he -likes- her.

I put the same answer as you did, Aang has blushed many times in front of her and she must have seen some of them, though whether she can put two and two together...But she might just be completly oblivious.
But now that you mention it, I'm surprised she hasn't commented on his blushing. I mean in 'The Fortuneteller' Sokka only had to hear Aang speaking to her before he started making comments about them.

Perhaps she doesn't think he's old enough to have THOSE kind of feelings and has passed it off as embarrassment that a girl is showing him attention...

I'm not sure, but she must be getting some idea. I'm not buying the idea that she's totally oblivious anymore. All the blushes, Aang spilling his guts at the end of the 'The Serpents Pass', the "you're beautifull" remark in CoWaS. She must at least have some clue.
Also, the kiss on the cheek at the end of TEK does hint something. Katara hadn't kissed Aang since the whole Bato episode (if you don't count COTL), so it does seem peculiar she would choose that moment to kiss him, just after he tried to tell her he likes her. Or, like the Earth King would put it: "that seems awfully convenient... "

I thin answer is "maybe" but considering that the fact of EVEN sokka did realised something is between them (one sided or not), katara must have at least a clue.

All the blushing, Aang’s “You’re beautiful” remark in CoWaS, Aang “confessing” in “The Serpent’s Pass”. She must have some clue. But I must say, that kiss in TEK was “awfully convenient...” |

Yeah, if Katara is oblivious she would have to be blind, no offense to Toph meant XP I mean there are waaaaaaay to many hintings. I think she knows, but doesn't know how much he likes her and thinks it kind of like a crush. And she's probably completely unsure about her feeling for him, beside that he's a friend...pretty much best freind

I think she knows it. I think Aang is very transparent about his feelings and Katara is pretty smart. It seems she is just waiting for him to tell her. When Aang's confession got cut off by Sokka in The Earth King, Katara looked slightly disappointed and then kissed Aang...using positive reinforcement just like when she teaches him waterbending.
Whoa...I just re-read that bit about the positive reinforcement, waterbending, and stuff and it's just strange. Oh well...

Well I think that she knows, seeing as in the Serpant Pass she wanted to give him a hug. She knows that a hug from her evokes feelings within him. She also knows that Aang likes her small peck on the check. Either Katara likes Aang back or she is a big tease ;D
