I really couldnt choose.
I love the art and pace of season one. the Plot of season two. and the charcter interaction of season three (minus the lack of Iroh)
and as I would classify myself as an Iroh fan first and for-most, "Bitter work" would have to be my favorite episode. other honorable mentions are "the serpent's pass, and all of the finales. ( in the order of SOTN, COD 1&2, DOBS.)
I listed bunch of others, but decided to keep it short.

Book 1, def. I really liked the storyline behind everything, and it has my favorite episodes! Book 2 was pretty good. Had some interesting plot twists, like Toph being introduced into the group, and the finale was a shocker. Not loving Book 3 too much yet. The episodes haven't really made that much sense to me. And oh! In the Day of Black Sun, the kiss between Aang and Katara. I have nothing against KataraXAang, (though I am a TophXAang shipper myself) it just, I don't know, kind of took me out of the whole thing. I didn't expect it to happen this early.

I arrived late to join 'the Avatar religion'...right in the middle of Book 2. Even though I totally am intensely loving every morsel of S3, I have such fond memories of S2, because it's when I first fell in love with Avatar....Book 2 for me...at least until the end of S3, then it will probably convert to S3! LOL
Jeez. I'm such a spazz. Avatar addict.

I am beginning to like Book 3 more now, maybe because the episodes are still new or whatever. But I watched The Runaway onDemand and it was still funny. I couldn't even watch Book 1 or Book 2 anymore. The Headband was good as well as The Awakening. The Avatar and The Firelord is good, and wow this season is good.

Isn't that just the oddest phenomenon that happens to Avatarians? I get so upset with Nick I could just scream but as soon as I see Avatar air on the main Nick Channel, I'm like 'Huh, what? What was I so mad about? I don't remember anything now....just sweet Avatar.' LOL Even though I had already seen 'The Avatar and the FireLord' seeing it air on Nick made it 10 times the joy it had been in just watching the episode previously. What is up with that? LOL Avatard=Freak

I was talking about Watch-Avatar.com, AvatarChapters, and My DVDS? What were you talking about? o.O I only seen The Avatar and The Firelord once on Nick during this past week. I have Book 1 and Book 2 on DVD. They're me bible.

I have Book 1 and Book 2 on DVD. They're me bible. I guess 'on demand' means something different to me than it does to other people. I thought you meant watching these episodes on DVD or through cable like reruns on NickToons or you that had S3 recorded from TV via your DVR. I was talking about seeing 'The Avatar and the FireLord' on the main Nick Channel and being overjoyed that Avatar had actually returned to the air waves. Since the 'DOBS:2' was the last episode to air in the US and that was a few months ago, it was a valid reason to be excited. I do not watch episodes on AC or WA because it's not, to my knowledge, an endorsed Viacom/Nick-approved site. In other words they are providing downloads and public viewing of Avatar episodes illegally because they are doing it without permission and doing so without compensating Nick for their use.

I choose season one. There were awesome fights and the animation was the best here, even in that horrible Great Divide filler. No one seemed to overreact. I swear, in season three, someone cries every episode and everyone is so quick to do it. Katara and Zuko are not the type of characters to cry so easily and they seem to just constantly leak tears in season three. I think everyone was kept in character the best in season one. Season one had only one filler episode, too. And I couldn't help but love all the episodes (except GD). In seasons two and three, there are some episodes I didn't particularly like that much but it's not that way for S1.

It has been a very emotionally-charged season in comparison, that's for sure. It kind of reminds me in some ways of how fans feels about Avatar ending. There's all this stress, fatigue and edgy angst--kind of like what the Gaang is going through with the whole 'defeat the FireLord before Sozin's comet returns.'

I'm not going to vote yet because we haven't seen all of season 3 yet. So far though, I like season 2. There was just so much Zuko character development and crazy Iroh antics that I can't help but love it!

I can't really say right now. All the seasons have elements that make them better than the others. If I had to say right now...... book 2. However, I'm looking at past S3 epies, and I find that I like them more now that I have become accustomed to them. I think the reason that most people dont like them as much is that the writers, and even the setting DRASTICLY changed from the second season to the third. The group is more solid, and prone to address its differences. Instead of being praised and revered, they have to travel as normal people, in a place that is entirly unfamiliar and they are preety much enemies of.
