^It was still pretty good.

Gravity becomes null.

ya, that what his arrows are for they are there to show he is a master air bender. if you relize not all of aang air bending frends (form 100 years ago of course) had arrows , but i could be wrong they might be some thing you just get at a surten age. ethier one is pluasible. (my spell check thing is not working sorry for miss spelled words)

I managed to flick through The Lost Scrolls: Air which just appears to be a recap of the Air Temple episodes in Season 1 with the snippets of information mention here (including the explanation for Aang's premature arrow tattoos). I can see where Tom Mason and Dan Danko were going in writting this children's companion book for the series. They werent looking to really develop Airbending beyond what weve already seen in the series. I still think that Airbending is the most under developed bending art in the series (for obvious reasons- Aang being the last Airbender) with the creators spending much more time on the other bending arts. Storywise, I can see its hard enough to fit in three bending arts into the frame work of three relatively short seasons but it would have been nice to have one episode where Aang learnt new Airbending skills (from scrolls at the Air Temples- etc). Hopefully, Airbending will be more fully explored if they have the spin-off series of Avatar.

Airbending isn't meant to have any final moves or super destructive attack.

That doesn't mean it can't be dangerous.

Airbending isn't meant to have any final moves or super destructive attack. You can't say that for a fact, they may not openly learn super strong moves for attacking, but they would learn it to defend themselves, airbenders are highly defensive, just look at their fighting style

^Airbending is the most passive of the four bending arts. It doesn't have a finishing move, but that doesn't mean it can't be dangerous in its own right.

I dunno. From what Avatar Yangchen said to Aang in the Old Masters, I think Airbending might have been able to be put to deadly use, but the monks themselves were too passive. I mean, come on. Hurricanes, tornadoes - those are hardly non-aggressive, and definitely within a master's capacity. I believe it just relies on the bender's violent preference.

Thats true, plus what if someone formed an air scooter with a person inside it, that seems pretty destructive to me
