I like Iroh and everything, but I'm not sure about a spin off about Iroh. If there was an adventure of his from when he was 14 ish, that'd be cool. Something similar to Aang's, but obviously not on the same scale. Traveling would be good too. And young Ozai must be so.....weird. Picturing Azula as little is one thing, but Ozai little is too hard to think about.
I don't think I'd like a story of Iroh when he was in the army and older. It would be cool if he interacted with people we've seen on Avatar already. I think that the show would have to feature kids though.

Wow still only 1 vote for the last option wonder who that was lol
I sooo very want an Iroh spin off... I want one where there will be mini Ozai.... And I want Iroh Ozai interaction we havn't seen ne It's an outrage... I wanna see what their relationship was like... I'm guessing Iroh humoured him a bit like in S1 with Zuko....

I was going to vote for that, but I don't hate Iroh and my name isn't admirality. There should be an option for "Iroh's okay, but I still would want the show for other reasons."
And Iroh and Ozai probably had a similar relationship to Zuko and Iroh did. Back when Zuko was confused and angry....

I would love something about Iroh. He is one of the best characters, and has quite a few secrets regarding his past. Maybe something following him through his life would be good, a la Avatar and the Firelord

There is a book called Siddartha. It's about Buddha and his life before he became enlightened. As I was reading it, I thought "omg, Iroh?" Cause at the end, the character sounds like the big guy.
I cannot look at Iroh without thinking good thoughts. He's one of the few characters in the western world that displays eastern wisdom and that may be why I respect him so much.
And he knows gung fu....with fire!! My hero ^_^

Oh my! How could I have missed this? Of course I'd love something with Iroh! That would be just amazing; something about his past, as a kid and such or just younger. There are too many things about him we don't know, and I think they need clearing up. Iroh is so worthy of his own show, he's one of the best characters in Avatar.

I like the idea. You could focus on a young Iroh on his way to becoming the Dragon of the West.Clearly, they would have to build a number of new characters and subplots to make it interesting. The fact that we know Iroh has been to the other 3 nations and learned something of their culture and even bending (especially water) really helps create an opening for new characters. All prequels suffer from the fact that you know what happens next eventually but it can still be interesting. Think of HBO's Rome series. The fact that everyone knew that Caesar was going to die didnt make it less interesting but rather it was a tent event. We know that Iroh is a grand master in the order of the white lotus(of which we know nothing about), that he has been to the spirit world, that he was married and had a son whom he was close to but died a young man and that he has met the two dragons. Although we know the final outcome of the seige of ba sing se which took 600 days, we dont know much else or of the heroes and villains involved on both sides. I doubt that the remainder of the Avatar series will shed much light considering that it is now quite focused on the defeat of Firelord Ozai.

I think they should have a line of tea under Iroh's name. The specialty being Jasmine tea, obviously. I'm sure this has been thought of before, but I just thought I'd share. And I mean, I know for sure that I'd buy some. :]

An Iron spin off isn't really what I want. I mean, he's ok, but Avatar has so much more to offer.
I would take just about anything that continues Avatar, though.

If he did die then Iroh must be a cursed role >_>
But considering he posted...
A) HE'S VISITING US FROM THE GRAVE B) he's still alive.
Iroh was amazing in the finale, and I loved his Ember Island Coutnerpart.

I really wanted to see what they're like together ........ I think b4 Ozai became firelord they relationship wud've been like that of Iroh and Zuko in season 1 ....
