Alternative, rock, metal, and jazz. (Not smooth jazz, though)

I listen to a bit of everythign, INCLUDING metal, rap, techno, country, emo et all
But the majority of my play list is Alternative Rock, Indie Rap and Rock, and (most importantly) Progressive/Psychedelic Rock.
Also if there is a concept album out there, ive likely heard it (or want to hear it if not) i love me some concept albums

Whoa! There's an Indie rap genre now?! You know you are right, i made a mistake (make note people it happens about once every millennia but in my defense, i hadn't slept for about 20 hours when i made that post.... What i meant to say rather than Indie Rap is "Underground Hip Hop" its basically the same idea as indie rock, getting away from the influence of the major labels and doing something unique and different within its own realm.

OIC. Well, I still like the name of that genre. Maybe we can start an internet revolution with it.

Rock, pop, alternative, indie, electronica, Christian, metal, punkrock, country, Broadway, Latino, J-pop, anime music, Disney sountracks, screamo, a bit of K-pop (thanks to my awesome roommate!!!)....
I listen to literally just about everything, except rap, opera, and jazz. I don't mind any of those, but they're just not my normal style.

I like Alternative music or Rock. I love hearing the guitars, base, and drums. Hip-hop and pop is okay too because of the beats.
Usually I can listen to anything as long as it isn't super slow and boring sounding. Rap would probably be the only thing I can't stand at times because half the time you can't even tell what they are saying and even if you can, they talk about odd things....

My favorite genres are alternative, pop and rock....though mostly alternative, and the pop is usually more alternative/rock-ish than really bubblegum crazy pop. =P

I tend to stick to the general genre of Rock (which may include, but is not limited to: Alternative, Classic Rock, Metal, Hard Rock, New Rock and Punk Rock). But I'll give anything a try.
Some of my oddities: Bagpipes/Celtic, New Age, just about anything classic eastern (I LOVE the huge drums!), D&B, some of the ancient bubblegum pop.
The short list of 'I refuse to listen to': Rap, Hip Hop, R&B, Reggaeton, a lot of music from spanish speaking countries (which is odd - I don't even understand it).
