I watched it all online so I got to see the last two episodes back-to-back. I think it's probably much better that way since the final episode picks up exactly where the second-to-last leaves off. Ah well. I'll just say they're not out of the woods yet and leave it at that.

Well, Diva's death actually made me sad, which is really weird. And Nathan... I feel he died the way he lived: as a drama queen. I mean he clearly saw his death as theatrical. I thought he kind of hammed it up, and I thought that was completely appropriate for him. Anyway, great episode all around. I'm probably forgetting stuff. also really liked the moment between Lewis and Lulu. And of course I got to make plenty of beautiful caps for my gallery.

Very good ep, tonight. But once again, at this point in the series I cant help but expect more than "very good." That was essentially the climax, and although satisfied with it, I really wanted to be blown away by it, but I wasnt. Kaneda, I have to agree with you on pretty much everything concerning the climax of the series. It was a good episode but I expected more than that. There was something lacking in the final battle. One thing I noticed was Haji and Amshel's fight was much more exciting than Saya and Diva's fight. I almost went nuts when I saw Amshel electrocuted on the Empire State Building if I am correct.

Well, Diva's death actually made me sad, which is really weird. I thought Diva's death was sad too. I watched it subbed so I don't know if it was this way in the dub but Saya trying to reattach her arm and screaming 'take me with you!' was really sad. They did a pretty good job of filling in information on Diva that made her oddly sympathetic by the end. She was a monster who had to die, but someone else made her a monster so her death isn't really the 'yay!!!' kind of event. I liked the Haji/Amshel fight. Finally Haji gets to really, decisively win one.

Also I meant to say, my DVR recording got cut in two pieces right in the middle of Amshel saying something about Haji's parents, so I missed what he said. That was really annoying.
But actually I think I liked Saya and Diva's fight better than Amshel and Haji's.

But actually I think I liked Saya and Diva's fight better than Amshel and Haji's. If you want, I could tell you what he said. He said that they sold Hagi (it's spelled with a 'g', isn't that weird?) to Amshel for a loaf of bread, and that when they were walking away, they never looked back.

thanks for that. Though I shall continue to spell it with a J, as there seems to be some debate over this, even in official circles, not just among fans, so I go with the spelling I prefer, unless and until G becomes the universally accepted, one and only "official" spelling.

I think Lulu sounds more like Min that Riku. But anyway, I feel it was sad that Moses and Carmine had to die. And... James definitely doesn't seem like himself, I'm interested to see what's going on inside his head, and I want to know what he was talking about when he told Carmine he was standing between him and the one he loved... ^ I am pretty sure they are the same voice actors...for like, all 3 of them. The baby queens are here! Burn them!!! XD It was so freakish, the last episode. Something about yelling "IM GOING TO KILL THESE BABIES, THEN KILL MYSELF!!!" has me a little freaked out O.o But I don't get why they have to die. Sure, they could distroy the world, but Saya did not, and the only reason Diva really did was because of the people around her and what they did to her. If the babies were raised right, couldn't they both be like Saya and just act like normal people that have to get IVs every other day? I thought Diva's death was sad ;-; Its was the whole, "Why is it only happening to me, big sister?" was really sad. I get what you mean by "She killed people close to you, so kill her," but if I spend most of my life in a cell being experimented on, I would want to kill the people who did it to me, too. She might have been phyco, but I think anyone would who was in that situation. I miss Amshel a little, but I rather him die that Haji. Haji is awesome xD And I hope Saya changes her mind, too. then run away with Haji to live forever with the babies, happly ever after.Im sticking with "Haji" too. Hagi does not look right to me XP

I'm not really sure, I think I switch back and forth between Hagi and Haji. I agree that Saya's whole thing about killing the babies then herself was creepy. I think the reason she's doing it is because she's lost hope in chiropterans. She's seen all the bad stuff they have done, and she doesn't want that to happen again. Even if some of the queens turn out well... it doesn't seem like she's willing to take that risk. I think that's why Saya is convinced all three of them (babies + herself) have to die. I'm glad I wasn't the only one who thought Diva and Amshel's deaths were sad. I know you're supposed to be happy when the bad guy dies, but both of them still made me kind of down. I think it was seeing Amshel's body all smoking and electrocuted on the building. Ew. And the way Diva wanted to see her children... I'm looking forward to the next episode.

Killing herself would be stupid, seeing as shes not crazy psychotic. Killing the babies is a good idea though.

I think that's her fear -- that governments will use her again and the whole cycle will start over. Killing the babies does seem necessary at this point.

It is the only official spelling. Watch the credits. It's spelled H-A-G-I in the credits. Don't believe me? Watch it later. And I wasn't saying it in that way. I was was just saying, his name is said with a J sound, and you'd think it would be spelled with a J, right? But it's spelled with a G. Weird.

Google search of "Haji, blood, plus" gets 152,000 hits. It only gets 44,100 with Hagi.
Heh, if what you say is true, I'll continue using the incorrect spelling anyway.

It's d@mn true.(Sorry, couldn't resist the Kurt Angle plug, there.) Anyway, it's spelled H-A-G-I, so everyone who spells it with a J is wrong. But still, I'm just saying, you'd think it would be spelled with a J.
