Yeah. I really like Zuko acting like a teenager. The way he should be. I'm gonna enjoy seeing him react with Aang for last episodes.

I'm not a big Zuko fan but he wasn't so bad in this episode. His impressions were pretty funny, but holy smokes how about Sokka! Taking down the Combustion Man! Old school no bending.

I loved every part of Katara's reaction in this episode. Her sheer anger and evident disgust; this also parallels how fire and water clash.
It's soo good. I like the fact that it's realistic too rather than the shows where the girl just suddenly stops hating someone and goes all "kisses and hugs" at least Katara shows that she still remembers the scars of her pain.

[glow=red,2,300]i kinda feel bad for zuko i mean i know hes done soooooooooo much to get everyone not to trust him in the past but he was only confused and he whanted honor not to mention he didnt know what his destiny was. but he relized what his destiny soon was and that only he can change it. in kataras eyes at the moment, she does not trust him but i can see why i dont think shes angry at him i think she still is upset over her mothers death which was because of the fire nation and i think that because she misses her she took all her anger out on zuko because he is fire nation and also i think she was just overprotective of aang too she didnt whant aang to get hurt and seeing wow many times zuko tryed to hurt aang in the past i could see why. in my eyes i see that zuko has finally realized what he needs to do and thats to HELP aang NOT hurt him so i now trust zuko [/glow]

I felt bad for Zuko too, when he was being threatened by Katara and all. But it's only natural for her to act like that. Imagine finally trusting someone you hated for a long time and being sure that they were on the good side, then all of a sudden that person turns evil again and tries to kill your friend.
I can totally understand Katara's sourness...she's scarred.
But she didn't have to threaten to 'end Zuko's destiny'. That's a bit too harsh in my book.

Haha, this is only my second post (thanks for the welcome!), but I thought I'd just put in my two cents. I was actually pretty scared for Zuko when Katara made that death threat... like a sinking feeling in my gut (even though I know that things have to eventually turn out ok... but poor Zuzu!!). After a while thinking about it, it made a lot more sense why Katara was so harsh towards Zuko. She's already been betrayed by someone she trusted (Jet), and Aang has already "died" and been brought back to life, and she can't afford to risk losing him again, for her own affections and for the fate of the world. And then again, Katara wasn't there for when Iroh explained to Sokka, Aang, and Toph about Zuko in CoD. Ahh, I just felt so bad after Zuko finally turned around and tried hard to do the right thing and kept messing up (esp. burning Toph's feet!! I was like "AHHHH NOOOO" when it happened) and having the Gaang be so unaccepting towards him, of which I don't blame them for doing so... I thought it was interesting how Toph was the most accepting of the group. Come to think of it, how many times has Toph has actually "seen" Zuko? Once in "The Chase" when everyone is fighting against Azula, and I feel like there was another time that I can't remember right now. So she would probably have the least amount of prejudice against Zuko in the group (also knowing his uncle as a friend probably helps!) Ah, well. A little bit of dramatic irony to make everything more interesting

Heh, I also though that Sokka rocked this episode! Especially with his "Hey! Lets tell him we'll let him be our prisoner, and when he comes we'll jump him and really take him prisoner! He'll never see it comin'!"
Of course, Toph and Aang (in the beginning) also added some humor to this episode as well, Katara sure did a good job at balancing out the level of sillyness to pretty good effect . . .

Sokka had the best PWN moment ever in this episode. Katara REALLY annoyed me, though. She's been doing everything for Aang but she's still being all whiny and selfish. Her violent motherly self was appearing and I hate it when she has to act like the mom of the family. I think her character is at it's worst in these moments. Toph made me smile with her speech about shooing Zuko away. She had some sense.

I liked the episode and it was about time, they created a new episode. But im so glad Zuko finally joined the avatar, but I think Katara was a bit too harsh. But im glad Toph was there cause Zuko wouldnt proably be in the group if it wasnt for toph.

Being betrayed and then attacking the avatar with your sister...sure katara being harsh on Zuko.
Sure we the audience see zuko has change but the gang with extra people haven't

I'm glad to see that Zuko finally joined the gang and I'm also glad that they didn't accept him right away with no question. I don't think any member of the gang over reacted execpt Katara at the end, I thought that was a little harsh.
On a lighter note I thought Zuko's rehearsal and and impressions were hilarious. He seems to have such communication problems.
The end of Combustion Man seemed a little off to me though. I understand that he was supposed to be mysterious but I wish we had learned at least something about him. I am glad to see him gone though.

^Katara's reaction was normal and human. If she hadn't been so harsh, I would have felt it rather anticlimatic.

This episode was okay for me. I did like how they finally gave Toph some extra screen time after just seeing Aang and Katara for so long. I was really glad to see Sokka's Boomerang again too, no new weapon Sokka adoptedi n the fire nation can match to his Boomerang!!
Though, I didn't really like what they did with Haru, THE Duke and everyone else. It just felt like they were mingling in the background doing nothing. I rather that they had expressed some of their opinions on the situation with Zuko; otherwise, I think it would've been better if they hadn't come along at all.
The Combustian(sp) man suddenly appearing also seemed a little random. He was definetly one villain that was tossed in there just so the gAang had something to do in the Fire Nation.

^I wished they did something useful too. I'm sure they have the potential to do amazing things, or even help against Combustion Man. Too bad they didn't do anything.
Maybe Teo will work on the new airship?
