@west: Funny, I always thought that younger Dumbledore had red hair O.o @dutchy: LOL. I read somewhere that they're still not quite finished with it, maybe that's why they didn't show anything too exciting

COMPUTER"S STUCK IN CAPSLOCK _ SORRY I THINK DUMBLEDORE"S HAIR IS SUPPOSED TO BE AUBURN WHEN HE WAS YOUNGER _ MAYBE IT WAS JUST THE LIGHTING THAT MADE IT LOOK BLACK? I HAVE TO HOLD OFF FOR IT TO GO IN THEATERS> MY FRIENDS AND I HAVE A TRADITION OF GOING TO THEM AND JUST BEING REAAAALLY EXCITED> LAST TIME I DIDN"T BREATHE THE ENTIRE TIME CAUSE I WAS SO EXCITED> LOL

Well, I've ben really worried about the tone of the movie. Yates says that it's going to be the funniest of all movies to date. While the 6th book did have funny moments (relationships), I thought it was pretty dark. But the trailer made me feel a bit better! It was really dark. Even though it didn't show much, it still made me excited!!

I just saw the trailer yesterday... I like the little kid who is playing young voldinator...He seems like a right creepy little squee-gee. *pokes* I wish there was a bit more in the trailer other than zomglookatmeI'mcreepyyoungvoldimort! But oh wells. It had an interesting mood.
Oh and don't forget....
SNAPE KILLS DUMBLEDORE!!!!1232131eleventy!!

I don't want the movies to be funny either. Most of the interviews say that it's going to be the funniest yet or something, but it was really dark. Of course there are funny moments in this, but it isn't a comedy. Ron's whole purpose again is probably going to just be comic relief and I think Slughorn is too. :/
I hope the cave is done well. I had a hard time picturing that scene and can't wait to see it happen. And I'm excited for when Dumbledore drinks the potion. ^_^
I don't want this movie to feel rushed though. I thought the pace of HBP was slower than most of the others and more somber, so I want them to get that right.

Whoops, maybe his hair is red. =\
I heard this movie is going to be really good, and be very close to the book.

I just saw the trailer and thought it was awesome. It wasn't like OoTP where they just throw a TON of quick clips in and I LOVED it. It had such a dark feeling and was really eerie. I thought the last line sounded great too and it gave me the chills. 110 days!!!

Yeah, and young Voldemort helped the whole dark theme.
He looked diseased. But Dumbledore pwn'd!

I'm skeptical of the HP movies ever since I saw the 3rd one. The casting and the pace of the movies just ruins the books!!! ><

Well, you don't always have to think that the movies are LYKETOTALAWESOMENESS. But you haven't seen the movie yet. Why don't you rent it from Blockbuster when it comes out on DVD? Then just point and cackle at all the bad thingies.

"Do not think RUIN; think ENHANCE." Yeah, it's true that some of the movies ruined the books, such as The Order of the Phoenix, I thought the movie was put together pretty badly, but I'd have to agree with the fact that most 800 page books made into movies would have to be like that, because if you include everything that happens in the book in the movie then you'll have a 10 hour freakinn movie.

That's true, but it's still possible to cut out things and put together the leftovers in a better way. Deciding what to put in the movie isn't easy but there are those who have done it successfully and excellently.
I'm not fond of the HP movie director's job with the movies. The first two were awesome but they were with a different director.

But still, (even though this doesn't have to do with the HBP, but with the director), I don't like the idea of having a Part I and a Part II to the same movie. I think that that is just to weird.

There are some who think the first two movies are terrible, but they love OotP but I don't understand that at all. They do need to change some stuff to make the movie work, but they change too much for me. :/ I don't mind the split. I'm hoping that they'll cut less and make two coherent movies instead.
