Well I just saw the movie not to long ago and it was kind of sad at the end when she died! WTF?! That was just sad! But I like the way they did the faun. It was cool. And I still remember the part where the pale guy bit the faries's heads off. Too cool! Just kidding!

If they made it into a book, I'd read it. But, I'm not into heavily violent movies. >_> (Weak stomach) But I've heard excellent reviews from it.
Kaneda, you totally double posted. XD

I thought that the movie was okay. A little too violent for me, though.

I forgot how violent some of the scenes were. Like when the captain smashes the kid in the face with a broken bottle repeatedly. And when the cpatain gets his mouth cut open and he sews it back up. Very violent. The sewing back up was the hardest part to watch for me. I closed my eyes for most of that part the second time I saw it. I could stand it once, but not again. I loved the movie, though. SO AWESOME.

This movie's absoloutly wonderful. Vidal's pretty brutal, though.

Oh I don't think the part where he sewing his lip back up was that distrubing, but if that happened to me, then I would find it horrible.

I saw it last night for the first time, my favorite scene was with The Pale Man. And that guy who thinks the movie is anti semitic is reading WAY WAY WAY to much into this.

Just finished watching it. The pale man was creepy. I wanted to wring that little girls neck for eating those stupid grapes and was terribly ticked off sad about the fate of those two little fairies -.- But on the other hand, I loved the blood and the random cursing of the Captain. I am a fan for the gore. There was lots of it. Ardor was happy. I'm blaming this on the lack of sleepage for this one, but I was going WTF multiple times in this movie. Actually several times, which never happens to me. For realzies. I liked the lullaby. Music is important to me when it comes to movies and I approve of this one. I'm rambling :0

Yah I sort of felt badly for the faries too. But I felt bad for the girl at the end of the movie.

I finished watching the movie today and I really enjoyed every minute of it. I agree that it was a bit gory but I've seen gorier films than that. Anyway, the pale guy was indeed creepy and how he just ate the fairies' heads grossed me out. But hey, the story outweighed everything else. The Capitan was an evil, vile *bleep*. I hated him every time he was on.
Ardor -- you weren't the only one going WTF a few times throughout the movie.
I felt sad for the girl at the end, but glad the Capitan was killed. Still sad though.

Love this movie! Just saw it a week or two ago. The Captain ticked me off so much, and I agree Winter Fire, thank god they killed him. I was sad that Ofelia died at the end, but at least she got to go back to where she came from ;( so good.
