Also, Sasuke will not being killing Itachi anytime soon.
He does not even have the Mangekyou Sharingan in the anime yet.

Essentially Sasuke is using Orichimaru to train him. He doesn't want to give him his body, he just wants to use Snake Man to make him stronger by training him. Now in the manga, he turns against Orichimaru because he believes he has nothing left to teach him. Currently Orichimaru is attempting to steal his body, the outcome hasn't been shown yet.

Orochimaru snake raped Sasuke. I hope Sasuke killed Oro, but I doubt it. I don't think Oro could be beaten that easily, but then again I don't think Sasuke could either. I really don't know. XD
