I doubt Orochimaru would help others unless he really wanted to try or in exchange for something.
Orochimaru does not seem like the guy to bring back dead people unless he gets something good in exchange.

Orochimaru didn't exactly bring the First and Second back to life. More of he used some dead guys bodies and with the jutsu brought the personalitys back.
And with Yondaime being the Akatsuki leader. Well, since he's the leader, he obviously founded it. So maybe putting the 9-tailed fox in Naruto wasn't to save the village, but rather a box for the fox untill Yondaime needs it. And where is Mrs. Uzumaki in all of this? Maybe she put the seal in Naruto. Not Yondaime. And maybe she just summond the toad and dress up as Yondaime to fool everyone. That's while it was taking so long, because she had to get ready for her show....I dunno....

Like killing people? IT's a side effect of the jutsu, and Oro-kun seems to enjoy it. I know Orochimaru enjoys killing people but he will not just do favors for others without something in return besides the chance to cruelly kill someone without any mercy. My opinion of the Akatsuki leader is that he is either Yondaime or Madara. Madara really fits the description because the Nine Tailed Fox told Sasuke that Madara had eyes even more sinister than his own. |

I really don't like the idea of the 4th being the leader. It kind of ruins the sacrafice the fourth made to save the village and I really don't see it going anywhere besides pure shock value. Maybe the leader being on the 4th's team is a better possibility.
As for the Tobi/Obito theory why can't Tobi just be Tobi? There doesn't need to be a huge plot twist in order to make him intresting.

What about Madara being the Akatsuki leader?

I don't like that idea other. From the conversation I just assumed that Madara was just an Uchiha ancenstor that the 9 tail fox met in the past. The only thing I think you were suppose to get from that is that the Uchiha genki gen kai, the Sharringan has a dark power that the 9 tails is aware of (and we haven't seen yet).

Yeah but Itachi was have said to have killed the whole Uchiha clan but there is nothing known about Madara. So, he was the only other one not killed by Itachi.
We know nothing about him so I would not put this theory aside.

Didn't Kakashi witness Obito die right in front of him? Also isn't his body buried in that memorial area? It could have been that jutsu Kabuto uses... |

I will not put the Madara theory aside because the fact that we know nothing about him and he was not killed by Itachi. Itachi is said to have killed the whole clan and on wiki it says everyone was killed by Itachi but under Madara it has questions marks if he is alive or deceased.
That gaves a slight chance that Madara could be alive as the Akatsuki leader.
Also, the Sharingan may have dark powers but I think the Nine Tailed Fox is not afraid of it because he knows he is still more powerful.
