Amen Killing a main/lead character(s) is NEVER a good idea.....EVER Unless its Shakespeare "14)The musical episode" Crap Scrubs did that episode, it was still funny though. I think it depends on how the plot is handled. Just don't over do it *coughxenacough*

Geez, pokemon is still running on? Yep. I loved the classic Pokemon episodes, and I still watch them whenever I get the chance. But when a show has perfectly good characters leave (why did Misty have to leave?), unresolved storyline points (what did Professor Ivy do to make Brock leave her?), and characters getting crappy voice actors as opposed to the good voice actor (Ash's voice is TERRIBLE now!), you know that show has jumped over so many sharks that it will never return to shore. *mourns for the loss of Pokemon*

Pokemon jumped the shark after the Johto, IMO. Why in heaven's name did they get rid of Misty? It's not like she's an actress and had other animes to star in.

The original first season and the Orange Islands were good, but after Johto, ugh. The only good thing that came from Johto were the Gold and Silver versions for GB.

Geez, pokemon is still running on? Is Team Rocket still the main badguys? lol They got so repeative... Yah I know! As much as I like to watch Pokemon once in a while, I have to admit that having the same bad guys can get very boring! I can't believe that Jesse and James and don't forget Meof are still the main bad guys! And if they don't introduce themselves in the same kind of way again, they'll find some other way to do it. Then they'll always say, "Team Rocket blast off again!" God it gets so old! And as for "That 70's Show," well you can quit complianing! It's off the air now. But yes they did jump the shark at least once, to the point where nobody wanted to watch it anymore. I mean Donna's new boyfriend wasn't at all interesting. He's trash!

Team Rocket are awesome villains, but they stayed around too long. They did change around their rhymes from time to time, but their motto did get pretty old. But they were still cool (until Johto came about).

She wasn't actually real, there was some key, or something, made out of energy that some people had to hide from a demon and so made her into a relative of the Slayer so it would be well protected (changing everyone's memories so that everyone thought it was normal that she, well, existed)
As for Pokemon, I think that it was never good, we're all just looking on it fondly due to nostalgia. Misty had to leave, she's a Gym Leader, and quite frankly I prefer May, or even Dawn, over her anyway. Atleast what I've seen of them haven't watched it much since the beginning of the Orange Islands (I think the Orange Islands were the absolute worst pile of... stuff... that I had seen in a long time, hated every second of it)
Although I will admit that pokemon was the only show that has made me cry, it was the episode where Pikachu was almost left in that forest.

Eh, I could never get into Pokemon because of the lack of plot and repetitiveness of the episodes (also, the pokemon were annoying) though Ash's old voice is preferable...

That 70's show, when Eric left for the peace corps YES! The last season is so bad. With characters gone and new once it was just wrong. And when Donna died her hair blonde it started to get bad.
