I love the show, the only problem is that the Micheal Scott Jokes are starting to get repetitive.

Hehe, I love this show. I love it so. I just caught up on all of the episodes since Christmas, and I must say I'm really liking the direction the show is going in. For example, in the beginning I coulfdn't care less about Dwight/Angela. But now I find myself actually sympathizing with Angela and hoping the two will get back together. ^.^
But it's still not more adorable than Pam/Jim. <3

The UK version is better.
Ricky Gervais > Steve Carell
(steve carell is good, but not as good)
Tim> Jim
(whoever plays Jim is just immitating Martin Freeman completely)
Dawn > Pam
(the only american one who does a better job)
Gareth PWNS Dwight

The Office is probably my favorite show on TV. I am just surprised that this thread has not since been active, especially after the Season 3 finale. *wink, wink*

The British version is excellent, but I prefer the US version. The US version's 1st season starts off a bit slow since it was copying too much from the British version, but starting in the 2nd season, it really took off well when it did not try to be the British Office in America. Gervais is a genious as the boss, but the US Office has a much stronger supporting cast of characters: Stanley, Kevin, Toby, Creed, etc.

Yah, they do have a stronger minor characters and Daw/Pam character. But i love Ricky Gervaise, Tim Martin, and the guy who plays Garreth. (cant remember his name, shoot me)

I think that the UK Office stays more realistic to being a mockumentary. Gareth is far more of a realistic character than Dwight. But I actually do like Jim a bit more than Tim, though Jim became something of a jerk in Season 3 once he came back to Scranton.
Supposedly when Gervais wrote the Office, the premise was an office love story that took place in the background of a documentary. The problem was that he forgot to give it a conclusion even after two seasons, so he had to go and make the final Christmas special to finally and officially hook Tim and Dawn up.
