OFFICIAL Petition Drive for an Avatar Soundtrack

Like M&B said at the convention, the challenge is convincing Nickleodeon that people would buy the soundtrack so we have to keep pushing about how much we want to buy one.

6,600 signatures is good. I'm also glad to see that Bryan gave encouragement to the idea of an official soundtrack release at the ComiCon.

Would you all really pay 19.95$ for an avatar album? I mean alot of people want to have one but probably half of them would actually go out and buy them. Most people would probably get them free online like most music. But most music sells well because there are enough people who'd actually buy it.

To be perfectly honest, it would be more than $20 for the collection. There are an average of 12 or so tracks for each season. That's 36 tracks. Which equals around 3 discs. So look at a price of $25-$30. And yeah, I would pay that much. $30 is nothing for most people. That's a couple crappy DVD movies or lunch with coworkers for a few days. Hell that's nothing for a 12 year old who relies on their allowance to buy stuff. And it's especially nothing for parents of kids who want it.

i signed but i dont know if i will buy the cd. i would like to have the option though so that is why i signed. and for the avatar fans that want to buy it.

I agree with TheMuffin. It's going to be expensive if they add a lot of tracks. I would definitely buy it no matter what price.

Maybe they will only have one disc and have the main themes. There are a lot of variations of the same themes throughout the show. It would be nice to have a full collection, though.

If they didn't short change us and actually did all the music and anything the track team wanted to throw in yes I would pay thirty dollars for it. I pay 50 dollars plus for the box sets. I think nick needs to wake up and look at DVD sales. If they released a sound track it would do just as good. And if they do it don't let marketing get int the way. The only people in charge should be the track team and the creators and show staff no one else.

This should be a no brainier for nick if the DVDs sell as well as they do I'm almost certin the sound track would sell just aswell.

if it came as an entire set and not individual discs I would buy it,individually I would think it would me around $19-20 each and as much as I love Avatar and the music in it,that's way too much for me to spend :-(

I would buy it in a heartbeat. And if I don't have the money. I will beg the heck out of my family for them to get it for me. Thats how I got the Book two Dvds.

lol I really need an Avatar Soundtrack. I'm sick of all the latest music b/c it's so overplayed, of course I'd overplay the soundtrack...buuuut whatever. lol
