the word jeong jeong also means youthful and vigorous, and is often applied to older men who are still strong and healthy. and i think this is also a fitting definition, because even though he is old he is stronger than any young firebenders. as for more korean names, i agree. i know it's largely based on chinese mythology, but it would be cool to have more japanese and korean cultures represented. but chey (the unofficial follower of jeong jeong) kinda sounds like a korean name. so doe hahn, that guy who was supposed to marry princess yue. and that guy from the fortuneteller episode who was attacked by a platypus bear (sorta), his attire and hat resembled something korean officials wore back in chosun age. Hmm now that you mention it, he does... It's nice to know that Koreans have such a big hand in animation these days (both Japanese and American). Now if we can just have a good idea to animate and call it our own...

I know. The crazy foaming guy was also done by Korean Anime Studio, did you know that? The Nick requested for a picture of a man fainting and it was returned with the "yupgi" picture of a man foaming at the mouth and collapsing.

It's funny you should say this, because the minute I heard his name I thought... "Hmm... Che... Evita? Wait, that's not right!" So to me, he will always have that connection to Argentina. XD It would be interesting to research the background of every character's name - Momo is peach in Japanese, I know, and Aang named him for the fruit he held when he was being named. Speaking of peaches, Flora of the Avatar world would also be an interesting research project, considering how mutated the Fauna is.

Jeong Jeong was cool, but I don't know why they called him a "rogue"..a rogue is a mischievous, deceitful person. I don't think Jeong Jeong was that way.
Well, rogue could also mean that someone who is seperated from some group(fire navy/army) by their choice. >>
