They should have at least one in the group. Feels kind of incomplete with one.

I'm not sure if there is a non-bender or not. But I think it would work well with the whole non-benders vs. benders conflict if they had a non-bender in their group. That way the non-bender revolution wouldn't acuse them of discrimination.

Have there ever been fight scenes of non-benders vs non benders?

Have there ever been fight scenes of non-benders vs non benders? Yes, there were several in The Revelation. I'm sure we will be seeing more as the sereis progresses.

Really, I don't recall seeing any. The only non-bender fight scenes I can recall (that you could actually call a fight) in the entire series was Zuko vs. Jet and Sokka vs. Master. There was none in The Revelation.

Maybe Asami Sato? And maybe it's too early to say, but just 3 in the new Team Avatar is pretty....odd? The dynamics of the group is pretty different from Aang/Katara/Sokka, though it also displays Avatar + Siblings

You're right, for some reason I read that as non-bender v.s. bender.

May and Ty Lee were both non benders though Ty Lee was a chi blocker and there were plenty of scenes where they attacked the group and fought Sokka. For instance when Ty Lee was trying to paralyze Sokka, kept missing, and was talking about how quick he was and how cute he was.

A non-bender would definitely add to the dynamic of the group, and preferably a girl to balance out the group. (Although now that I think about it, that was the same as the last series wasn't it?)
However that would not change anything series wise when it comes to the Korralation being discriminated against. Instead of accusing korra and group of being discriminatory, they will simply accuse the non-bender of being a collaborator with benders who oppress them.
Personally I am hoping if the group is expanded, we get a "lady of war" type of character like Mai, or Avatar Kyoshi were.

Korra's gang can use a non-bender but we don't necessarily need an outright fighter like Sokka or Suki. We already have Korra who serves as the "war-lady" for that role.
I would rather they get someone like Katara in demeanor. Someone who could be called the gentler heart of the group, more subtle and with more finesse than anyone else but could hold their own in a fight if need be. I would nominate this role be played by someone of the fairer gender.
That would round-out the group dynamic quite nicely I would think.

I said lady of war, which Korra is not. A lady of war is a character of refine and grace, who seems out of place in combat if only for her elegance in combat. Examples would be Mai from the first series. tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/LadyOfWar

Well from The Aftermath it seems we found our "Lady of War" = Asumi
