In the weekend preview we had an extended opening because of the first episode and went straight to the title card for "A leaf in the Wind". but on nick.com if you watch a leaf in the wind you get to see the normal(?) intro along with normal(?) recap sequence. Check it out at the beginning of the second episode on nick here: www.nick.com/videos/clip/legend-of-korra-102-a-leaf-in-the-wind-full-episode.htmlThe intro is incredibly short. I wish it was a little bit longer. But the recap sequence is very unique. It shows clips as if it were a old timey movie with the grittyness and tint of it. along with an old timey announcer/radio voice explaining what happened. It's possible these are just for this episode or just for on nick.com.

I am not so sure the intro is normal (I hope not) but it looks like the recap thing might be, although I don't think it will be there every time (again I hope not). I think since the music was based on the 1920's they might be trying to match the show to be similar (??) That was my first impression of the second beginning. Although I wouldn't know why they would do that on nick.com, and not on the actual airing of the episode. That is strange, hopefully someone else here can reason that better.

I would say that the intro and recap on Nick.com will be the same as it is on air. The intro does seems pretty short though, but I'm not really sure what else they would say. I'm sure they'll do the recap every episode, because they started doing that toward the end of ATLA. It's good for the casual viewer, but it is a little annoying for those who keep up with the show and know what has been happening. The vintage movie style on the recap is pretty cool though.
