Loose twenty pounds by summer.
Why, you ask? Well, I'm technically overweight because of my height. I'm under the average height, and I'm fully grown. I'm five feet, and 138lbs, which is overweight as a 26.9 BMI. 25 is the limit on a healthy BMI. I lost fifteen pounds in June, and I'm aiming for another twenty this year so I can be "healthy" by American Health standards.
Also so I can pass gym class.. because I need to pass 5/6 tests to graduate, and I can only pass 5/6 anyway because I can't run, I have runners knee. So a healthy BMI would give me the get go to graduate. Effing California..
Anyhoo, so this is my goal! I'm just gonna start snacking on tic tacs throughout the day, cause it'll give me the illusion of eating, when they're only 1 calorie each. And juice fast some weeks, which is what I did last year (ok, lowkey I also stopped eating for a bit because of a bad breakup, but that's beside the point).
LESSS GO.

Agreed, but I'll settle for fifteen. I'm half a foot taller, but in about the same situation - I think my BMI is right on that 25/26 line. Since December I've lost maybe 6 pounds, which is cool, but I want to get it down more.
And those gym regulations are ridiculous. Seriously, grading people on their weight? They can be like 'you should be this weight to get healthy' but not penalize them for it.

I don't think you need to lose 20 pounds, Abby. D:< Also, you need to pass actual tests of your physical ability in gym? If that happened for me I don't think I would have graduated, rofl.
I just checked online for my BMI and apparently it's 17.7. I'm just really short and really skinny I guess. I think BMI is a pretty stupid way to determine healthiness anyway.

17.7? That's ridiculous. Btw.
Anyhoo, BMI's are ridiculous, and grading people on them is worse. It's not that I agree with it, but quite honestly, complying with their sh.t rules are easier than taking it to the district, even if it is the right thing to do. And I passed all the other physical fitness tests. You had to hang for so long on a bar, do push ups, sit ups, trunk life, and stretch. :3
Eww California.
