Awww, I would love to see pictures of that precious little babe. I love dogs. X) Well, I know your immune system is weak because of the chemo, but at least you've got us. sorry, I don't have any of the new dog. Here's my other dog i40.tinypic.com/x6k85v.jpg . Yea, it's annoying. No, I'm not. Mainly because the only PS3 exclusive I got sucks.

Oh dear, that's terrible. I honestly hope you get better day by day, and recover soon.
However, it's nice to see you're handling this with such a good attitude. *hugs*

I'm glad that you seem to be taking it all rather well. Are there any major negative consequences for your health, or is any of the treatment/potential treatment particularly unbearable?

Awe, what a ray of sunshine you are. I am giving you the benefit of the doubt that you are really curious, and not just a jerk.

I'm glad that you seem to be taking it all rather well. Are there any major negative consequences for your health, or is any of the treatment/potential treatment particularly unbearable? Methotrexate (sp?) I have to get it two more times, it makes me lose what control of my digestive system we have for a day or two, causes headaches, loss of apetite, I feel weak and tired for 4 days, it causes mouthsores that start 3 days after and stay 10 days after that (just lost the last one for my last dose today), I vomit for 4 days 3 days after it, and I have to get it in the hospital and stay in the hospital a week for it (they have to test my levels and give me a ton of IV fluid). That's the only bad one. one is a steroid that just gives me zits. I don't know about the rest. One might make me permanently infertile but I don't care.. so as long as it doesn't make me impotent......permanently I don't care. No negative consequences to my health, unless you consider me wanting to slit my throat when I try to use a computer that I haven't customized (the hospital has a computer, it's not mine so I want to slit my throat when I'm around it).

Oh man, I feel so sorry for you. Last summer I was in the hospital recovering from back surgery, but I've never had anything like you've had. I wish you a long and speedy recovery.

Actually, what you had sounds worse than what I had. My only back surgeries had me able to go home by the end of the day(well..if it weren't for the chemos. If I had no chemo I'd be able to have them and be back home within 2 hours if they signed me out fast enough) and I was always home within 10 days except the first visit (14). Normally it's a week. I have for all intensive purposes the life I've always wanted. Sure I'm away from home for the same amount of time in the end if not more but that means I get breaks that actually are decent-sized and often. I'd rather have a week out of month than 6 hours of every day. It sounds like you just lost a big break. Also, I said "what I had" because I'm officially in remission (but need one more round of chemo if my doctor goes with his gut feeling and 3 if he goes by protocal to make sure)

Bumped The cancer came back, mostly somewhere between my right arm and shoulder blade, but apparently it got to all of my lymph nodes. supposedly they're giving me chemo much stronger than the kind they gave me last time but quite frankly it doesn't seem to be effecting me, the tumor shrunk from extending 4 inches from my back to my oncologist not being able to tell it's there in a week. If it didn't I'd think they gave me the wrong drugs or something. Sooo...yet again Ih ave a medical condition and treatment that sounds terrible while having mild effects at best , only amplified Ps: Yes lavalamp's thread reminded me to do this pss. Also, don't feel any sympathy over me, I just thought you guys should know or atleast deserve an update on something I told you before psss. well, if you do feel sympathy for me feel sympathy because I have doctors appointments more often now pssss. or because got grease in one of my keys and now it feels funny when I hit it . pssssss. is that too many ps's?
