due to overcrowding at polling places..the federal election commission has ordered that those voters planning to vote for the republican ticket to report to polls on wednesday..november 5th...democratic voters should report to polling places on tuesday..november 4th...

It is. An old trick designed to get the gullible in the victim party to show up a day after the polls have closed. Save for the first post, I've only heard of Republicans trying to use it this cycle (most likely because they're down in the polls).
