Perhaps staff could create a sort of "Honor Rank" for retired staff members. It would be powerless, but have a special set of chaos (or perhaps that staff members old set, like Coppa), and would basically thank that staff member for their actions in the past.
This would allow newer members to see who once was staff ages ago, and could possibly make the retired staff feel like the staff is gracious for their past actions.

Its a fun idea and I think if any previous staff want their own avatar dudes they can request them, but I'm not sure how good it would be.
There are only two reasons, really, that people leave the staff. They get kicked out (usually due to activity, only one or two others have been booted for other reasons) or they aren't going to be on DH anymore. While it may be awsome to give them their own rank, unless you went searching for them or something chances are they aren't posting anymore and/or just want to be normal members again.
Still though, it might be a nice idea for those who have had to move on with their lives.

I agree with you GH, but it would really be useful for those who still go on DH, like Ardor, Akash, the Blue Chibi, etc. =D
