hi i am new to the forums. i really like the pairing of aang and toph i think they just complament each other really well. i am trying to make a list of all of the hint for this pairing, and i realised that thins that i think are a little hit some people may not and i what to have every posible hint however small, cos lest face it in this shipp small is important. so that is why i am posting here to ask u experts for any hints u can think of.
thanks for yr help if u deside to help, i will add a link to the list once i have done it.
i will start of "love is brightested in the darkness" i think even thou toph is not in the episode it is a little hint, cos how else lives in the darkness. and who is the light at the end of the tonel(sorry i cant spell that) for the whole world the avatar.

You taught them to be free." Or something around the lines. XD Anyways, I think that was personal coming from Toph because he taught her the same thing when she left home and joined the Gaang. He was the first person she opened up to afterall. About the icons. Seen them before, Endless, but the foaming doesn't get old for me. XD  |

its odd but i think that the whole yin yang push pull thin that koh meansions is more about toph and aang than aang and katara, they are not opisites.
is is even oddder but the simpel for tophs family the flying bore a earth animal that can fly, this is out there but what if tophs family are conicted to the air nomads, that would be why there simpel is a companation of earth and air. what do you think is it really stupied
it would kind of give hope to balence of the world thin, and would explain a bit of why toph can be airbender at times, like with the whole freedom thin.

Yeah, that is pretty strange, that the Bei Fong symbol is air and earth combined XD
as long as the "freedom thing" is not meant to imply Toph/Teo or something like that, I'll be grateful >__>
firefly, I absolutely LOVE that pic of "Older Taang". Especially Aang's expression when he's looking at her, it's just so...tender! How is Toph not melting?!

^ I think it's because... Toph's blind? Heh, or because she's naturally heat-resistant.
It's nice how CoTL can actually serve as a metaphor for other ships besides Kataang. There was that "Love is brightest in the dark" quote, which can be applied to Taang. There's also the Oma/Shu legend, which seems to be a theory for Zutara, I don't know exactly. But it really makes you realize that it's not just Kataang they're hinting at.
Has this ship ever had a shipbash? I'm just wondering.

Anyway, here's a question for you:
Avatar is winding down. But since it was so popular, it is possible that they may make another series based in the Avatarverse. Don't believe me? Look at Bruce Timm and Batman, that sparked, like, ten different shows! And Gargoyles-......Never mind, The Goliath Chronicles sucked.
Anyhow, if Nick were to do another series based on The Last Airbender, what would you rather it be about?
The Great War? With the structure of the show as an anthology of sorts of stories set during the war?
Or would you prefer one involving the Great Spirits? Your know, Agni, Tui, La, the Earth and Air Spirits. With koh as the Main villain? And involving the first Avatar.

I'm new here, but I remember reading this super cute story about Taang on fanfiction.net. I think it was called 'prom night', but I forget who it was by. It was a really nice story though!

Ya know what I wanna see? A Taang video set to Don't Cha, with Toph as the singer, Aang as the guy she's talking to, and Katara as the girl Toph's talkin' about. And of course there's Invisable by ZutaraTaangKataang on YouTube. ...Actually, this person seems to have made a lot of good Taang vids, at least from what I gather from the titles. There's Teardrops (I love that song), and then there's Accidentally in love, which I'm about to watch, after which I'm gonna see if someone did a Taang to the Kiss the Girl remix. ^_^ ..............And just 'cause I wanna: |

has any one ever read a fan fic where toph is upset aang gets angry cos she what tell any one why she is upset they get in to a fight and he slaps her she runs away he gose after her and she forgives him.
i swear i rember reading it, i have been trying to find it to read again but cant, dose any else know what i am talking about.
if so can you give me the name cos i would like to read it again it was good

Rofl. Hey guys, I've was searching around DA a few days ago, when I had nothing to do. (Stupid flu), and while I was looking around, an ad popped up. And even though I must have been sick, I thought it was very funny when I found an ad like this.  Taango. I loved that, because it's even green and orange. So, just because I have sudden things of insperation...I just stupidly went and edited it in MS Paint and made it to our Taangy liking. xD Hopefully it doesn't look to cheaply made, and that it'll get a laugh out of someone. Ha. It did me. Carry on with your converation Taangers. Weeee. ;P |
