The webpage says "all new episodes" and... what's exactly an all new episode by July 14... I mean, the episodes released in DVD can already be considered old episodes by then. It is possible that they will air those episodes on TV before July 14, and then air the rest of the episodes in the followin weeks + the finale day. It's a possibility.

I normally look down on the constant Nick bashing.
But if they mess up by condensing the final episodes in a ridiculous manner to get it out of the way, or if they don't push back the book's release date (especially the latter), I would be quite upset.

It would be absolutely ridiculous for the book to come out before the episodes. That's a gazillion times worse than having the DVD out early, which isn't actually that bad when you think about it. Ugh, I don't even care how late the episodes air, I just don't want to be spoiled by a freaking book.

conspiracytheorist - For a second I thought I posted a spoiler and you were glaring at me and I felt really bad. XD But yeah, I hope people won't post the spoilers. I'd like to keep coming here and I don't want to haev to stay away for months in fear of spoilers. But who would even read the book anyways?

Well, I think that we would have to.
Isn't all those kinds of books copyrighted and stuff like that? So wouldn't posting it be like illegal, and DH doesn't do anything illegal . . .

Well we talk about episodes that have been released so talking about a book that has been released is the same thing.
I mean people talk about those "Earth Kingdom Chronicles" books all the time after they are released.
Not to defend the book though. I hate the fact that it will be out before the episodes are available.
One last thing, as to who would actually read the book doesn't matter. It only takes one person who is willing to post the spoilers here to have the whole finale ruined.

Wow... this is the most frustrating thing ever. The schedule.. and the book... All of the new episodes just aired casually and rapidly as if they don't even matter. -facepalm- Especially, the book. To be spoiled with an episode early is one thing, but a freakin book that shoves spoilers down our throats about the epic finale that hasn't even aired yet. Wow... I thought things couldn't get worse, my bad.

I guess it would be illegal to scan all the pages of the book and link to them. But I don't think it would be illegal to discuss the book - which is what troubles me, since I'll probably have to stay out of the spoilers board (the most active Avatar-related subforum on DH) for a couple months until the finale if book talk is allowed. Usually I spoil myself silly with Avatar, but for the finale I really want to be in the dark.

Don't forget the Book version of the four episode finale comes out May 20th. So we'll know how it ends before "The Western Air Temple" airs on Nick. Aww! That's Nuts! I can't believe Nick will have the book out before the episode airs! Man, just so they can make a profit, they have to release the book of the Finale as well as the DVD that has episodes that haven't aired yet. Don't they even care about their ratings? I wonder how long they'll stretch it out? The Boiling Rock and the finale should be aired fully and not broken up, I don't think they'd show one part each day. I just came up with a possible schedule but I don't think I can count. DX It's possible to air all the remaining episodes within one week, as messed up and rushed as that would be. One week...That's crazy! Instead of airing them earlier they have to scrunch them up like this. If they separate the episodes, we'll get new episodes a little earlier. Oh well... I just hope they change the release date for the book about the Finale so as to not ruin the Finale for everyone who ends up coming across major spoilers about it.

Wow...
It's nice to finally get an air date, but this is kind of annoying. The finale date is less than two weeks away from the return date, which, frankly, makes no sense to me. I could understand cramming a lot of episodes into a week or two, but the last few episodes of the entire series? It just seems so anti-climactic and disappointing to me. ):

And the episode premieres on Monday, which means that it loses its Friday airdate to some other lame show. How many kids get to watch T.V. on a Monday without homework to do or some other activity? This will make Avatar lose viewers, with the exception of us fans.
At least we have some definite airdate. Note to self: stay away from the spoiler board...
