(yeah i bumped an old thread)
I love OSC, I've read the whole enderverse and one other book.
Shadows in flight is supposed to tie the ender and bean series together.

this old thread deserves to be bumped! Me and my friends are all Enderverse fanatics! I must confess, I didn't like the later books in the Ender's Shadow series. I mean, in Shadow Puppets, Petra's only goal in life was getting married to Bean and having babies! A typical conversation between them would go like this: Bean: Petra! We have to plan a strategy to stop Achilles from taking over the world! Petra: Marry me and have children with me! Bean: Don't you think we should avert this international crisis first? Petra: What international crisis? Marry me!

pfft, your just a feminist, thats how all girls are meant to act. *shot* seriously though, I lover the later enders shadow series, perta brought a human side to bean that i really loved, there is always a war to fight, but you must find love in the midst of chaos in order for the war to be worth fighting...
oh em geee!! bean/petra= kataang?!

He's going to the NY Comic-con. I certainly hope I can see him.
He'll probably talk about "Shadows in Flight" and then maybe go into a rant about how global warming is a myth.

Orson Scott Card is the most wise and intelligent person with "neo" conservative leanings on the face of the planet.
... take that how you will.
OSC, Mike, and Brian all under one roof? all of the sudden I wish I was born in new york

I liked Ender's Game enough to read it 2-3 times (3rd time just skipping to my favorite parts). There were only a few bit and pieces that I wasn't so sure about, but overall, I liked the idea very much, and I really liked the end (all parts of it). I wanted to go on with Speaker for the Dead (the following book, right?), but from the reviews I read about it, I wasn't so sure... I read an excerpt, and still wasn't sure. I can't wait for the movie to come out (is it certain they are making it, then?)

I just bought the Ender's Game and Ender's Shadow comic book from Marvel....mmmm more Ender for me to absorb. LOVE IT! If you haven't read something from OSC, I am ashamed. Which is pretty much mean, but COME ON! Read it! >=|
