I have to admit that I tried to read Twilight, but I couldn't finish it. There are rarely any books at all that I can't finish. I read about 150 pages and I really did not like it. I thought it was boring and the plot went nowhere. It's weird because this is totally my kind of book, but it didn't do it for me. I love Harry Potter, His Dark Materials, LOTR, but not Twilight. One of my friends is obsessed with it though. I'll go see the movie with her because Robert Pattinson is so hot. I've been in love with him waaay before he was Edward, and was only Cedric Diggory. This Twilight obsessed friend mocked my Robert fangirling, but since he became Edward, she finally sees it.

^^You wished you wouldv'e almost gotten killed by a vampire? Well Edward would have came and saved you so, maybe I would to, but only for Edward. Anyoen else had a dream last night that Edward dumped Bella for yourself? Well I did.

But it kept me interested enough to get New Moon. Sadly New Moon killed the entire series for me so I don't think I'll be getting Eclipse anytime soon. To be honest it was 'cause of Bella and her constant emo state. I despise Bella now but if they ever did a book about Alice or Rosalie I don't think I'd mind.

OMG I love these books so much! They're amazing!
I found New Moon to be a bit boring for the most part though....

This series is the best!! Normally I don't follow a series after the first book, (except for Laura Ingalls Wilder, I love her books) but I'm completely addicted now!! I can't wait for the movie!!!! I'm currently reading New Moon, and it does seem a little off without Edward =(

I really like Twilight, and New Moon as well, even if Bella was terribly depressing. I was feeling a tad bit down reading that book- but Jacob is <3

Saw the movie. Gawd, that was the funniest thing I've seen in years. When Bella started sawing "I know what you are," I started laughing like a maniac. I think all the fangirls in the theatre hated me. I was laughing so hard through all of it.
Bad book meets bad plot meets bad characters meets bad actors meets only 6 months to produce= ME LAUGHING HYSTERICALLY.
Gawd I hate Twilight.

I don't get why Stephanie Meyer insisted on throwing in evulvampires just to shoehorn in some conflict, when she had good potential conflict going already with the tribe/werewolves. One of the main problems with Twilight was there wasn't much of a plot at all, it was just a love story with some arbitrary villains thrown in.
Twilight - James + Werewolves = decent book
