Works fine for me. It's pretty fun. Has anyone here beat the campaign yet?

I beat the campaign by playing England. I think I'll continue with the Holy Roman Empire or the Turks (no need to appease the Pope when playing a non-Catholic faction).

After an unsatisfying round of playing the Holy Roman Empire, I decided to play England again. How I love to slap very high taxes on my cities to fund my war machine!

Such a lovely dictator you are. lol so is this like conquer everyone or what kinda game. Everyone wants to rule the world ;D. Yeah, its a strategy game where you manage your empire from keeping your citizens happy (or at least controllable) to raising armies, besting rival generals and conquering other nations. There are two segments in the Grand Campaign: the turn-based segment is where you manage your empire, trade, diplomacy and so on (for Catholic factions, you need to appease the Pope or risk excommunication). The real time segment involves the battles when you fight enemy armies or besiege settlements or defending your own cities. As for the victory conditions, you need to conquer 45 regions and hold Jerusalem for most factions (the Holy Roman Empire for instance just needs to control Rome) for the long campaign rules. For the short campaign rules, usually you have to conquer 15 or 20 settlements and destroy 1 or 2 nearby rival factions. Victory conditions will vary on which faction you have chosen.
