www.hellboymovie.com/?__Source=GGL_CntImgI always thought that if the comics, or graphic novels, if you'd like, were good enough for a movie, and the movie was good enough for two animated features after it, then the movie was definitely good enough for a sequel. Well, my unwished wish came true. Due out in July, Hellboy II The Golden Army. Watch the trailer, conveniently located on the site. Looks good to me.

I really liked the first movie. I thought that it was really great!
I can't wait to see the second one. I wonder what the plot of this one will be....

You and me both. Best part about it is, the cast of the series' most notable characters, Hellboy, Abe, and the girl whose name escapes me right now, seem to be played by their original actors from the first movie. Of course, Abe didn't speak in the trailer that I remember, so who knows as far as he's concerned?

I hope that he plays a bigger part this time.

Hmmm i haven't heard any buzz on this movie. Just as well though, looks like a fun ride. Hellboy would make for a decent TV series or mini series too.

I dunno about that. I think that as long as Ron Perlman is willing to do it, and other actors who could pass for the others if the others aren't, or they themselves, if they are, then there's no reason they can't continue making animated movies. The first animated movie, whose title escapes me, and the second, Sword of Storms, were very good, and there's no reason, in my mind, for them to discontinue animated films if live action ones become too gruelling or demanding or whatever.
