man you don't understand two groups fightin each other since forever you ain't gonna change that by shooting terrorists. this war has lasted long before america was in existence it will last for a long time to come. shooting terrosrsits won't solve nothin. and thats what were doing right now. course they kinda kill themselves and in doing so kill many others. this war is in a stalemate we need to start pullin troops out.

I never said we should get them to love each other, that's never going to happen. We need to divide up the country between the 3 main groups, all proportional to population, and divide the oil up as such, as well.

I agree with Nero, Europe divided Africa into countries based on resources. They didn't take into consideration the many tribes that hate each other. There are many problems in Africa because of that.

yep your right if you look att the countries in africa, it looks like they were drawn up now you have stuff like darfur and rwanda goin on and with the sunnis and shittes its the same thing. but i don't know if you can divide them or we might end up with anotehr israel palestine situation which wuldn't be much better.

So, I believe the majority will be happy with the deal. Sombody will always be unhappy, that doesn't mean it isn't the best thing to do.

If the right people with the right amount of money, the right amount of influence in the right places don't want to come to terms with an agreement, then there's no agreement.

Yeah but do we really have people in Iraq that are like that? I say we should learn from the example of Africa.

Not necessarily IN Iraq, but it's been hinted that wealthy officials in other Middle Eastern countries provide a good chunk of funding to terrorist groups to keep them fighting. Plus, you have people who will pay poor families huge sums of money to send their members as suicide bombers, among other things.
The only issue is Africa doesn't really have anything we desperately need. Practically the entire continent is riddled with disease and famine whereas the Middles East has more 'promise' and thus we focus more of our efforts there. Besides, imo, it's the multitude of division that contributes to Africa's impoverished state.

You do have a point, either way. Iraq will have some problems. Historyman12: Well we weren't friends with Canda and Mexico at the beginning but eventually we got along. I think the same thing can be do here and much more easier with us to guide.
