As for kids,
Omg, 'hold it in' that would be hilarious to see!
[Sokka and Azula are eating in a restaraunt]
Sokka: This dessert is fantastic! I never tasted anything like it! It's like sea prunes, and meat, and sugar, and-
Azula: I think my water just broke.
Sokka: ...you mean Water Tribe, right?
Azula: No, my water! I'm going into labor! I need to get to the hospital now!
Sokka: [looks sadly between dessert cup and Azula] can't you hold it for just a little bit longer? I'm almost done.
Azula: If I weren't in the middle of experiencing painful contractions, I'd be burning you right now.
Sokka: [sighs] sorry dessert, but I have to take my wife to the hospital [pouts] maybe one more bite
Azula: SOKKA!
Sokka: darn.

Thank you MsJimmy and Kaibasgirl. ^_^ I was hoping to use it for something...but I don't have anything to use it for.
On Sokkla children: can you imagine a pregnant Azula? Mood swings, Sokka being non-understanding, man....that boy would be in trouble.

Really? I always thought it would be a boy; though in one of my drabbles it was a girl. ^_^
I guess it can go either way for me.

Most fics I've read feature her with a girl. Maybe she can have fraternal twins! =D
But then there'll be an argument between which is older, the boy or girl.
I think though, a girl just seems to fit. I don't know, but I always imagined her with a girl, you know, like mother like daughter...right, I'll stop now >__>
I finished two actually XD and I have two more that I still need to type up.

I guess I'm the odd ball. ^_^ I see Sokka maybe wanting a girl; and then Azula wanting a boy; they make a bet; and Sokka loses. XD But this had the child as a boy. I guess I haven't read a fic where it's a girl so I can't get used to it. Do you guys know any? |

I guess it depends on the fic, really. Like I said, most have her with a girl, because that just seems the type, but like with that one, and with yours, a boy fits nicely.
Oooh, wouldn't it be hilarious if Azula kept having girls? I mean, she would need to have a boy in order to have an heir for the throne, so what if her first three kids or something are all girls? You think she'd go at it until she has a boy, or would she just give it up? XD

Hmmm maybe it would be like the last Russian Royal Family. They had four (or was it three?) girls before having one boy, who was heir.
If Azula desperately needed an heir, then yes she would keep trying, but I doubt Azula is against a woman being Fire Lord/Lady; she seems like the girl power person, except more subtle if that makes sense. So having a girl for an heir wouldn't bother her, imo.
My fic? I don't have a fic that has Sokka and Azula having a boy.

LOL. I have a friend who has nine kids in her family. The last three are the only boys, meaning, her mother had six daughters before she had her first boy. That always cracks me up when I picture a situation like that with Azula. XD
Oh, please don't use the phrase "girl power" with Azula. That just irks me so much, it reminds me of Sailor Moon and Azula is, in no way or form, a Sailor Scout. XD
GAH! Omg, I'm sorry! I was thinking of your fic PoLY. In there Azula has a boy, but I forgot the father wasn't Sokka! ><
