Maylene, Hm...you bring up a really interesting point. I don't know, in a way, I think Azula's lucky that she's his favorite, because that means she gets what she wants, and he focuses more on making her stronger.

I don't know, if Azula were to be banished in place of Zuko...it would be different, definitely. But remember, the only reason Zuko even got a ship and crew was because Iroh came along with him. I don't think Ozai really had any intention of giving him a ship fully equipped to capture the Avatar (if he even existed at the time), but because of Iroh, he got it.

I agree though, I think it's going to backfire, and who knows what'll happen to her T__T

About the Azula Adoration...

...I think she was respected and feared, but hardly adored. And if she was adored, I'm sure most was superficial. Unless Azula showed multiple sides of her toward different people (though I can only name three- Real Azula, Azula for Daddy, and Conquerer Azula) and a side was reserved for classmates and servants, I can only see her as the person who barked at anyone who dared to get too close. Mai and Ty Lee know her and obviously like her enough to stick around (which means they love her, since I'd probably run away from Azula), but the reasons behind their friendship still remain a mystery.

daydream, midterms coming up? I remember those, they were so much fun! =D The tests were hard though, but we got the entire two weeks off for them. All we had to do was show up for the exam, take it, and then leave. It was a blast.

About the Azula adoration, I don't know, she's pretty gifted, social-wise (not flirt-wise XD). I can see her being your typical popular girl, with fans and admirers all around. Just no one could touch her.

As to her friendship, that is strange, cause Ty Lee's the last person I would've expected Azula to be friends with. Who knows? Maybe it was something as innocent as they all met in kindergarden, and discovered they all liked playing the same game.

Azula: Hey, you two look bored. Want to have some fun?

Ty Lee: Sure! I love having fun!

Mai: As long as we don't get in trouble, I'm okay with it.

Azula: Okay, let's go feed the turtle ducks.

Ty Lee: I love feeding the turtle ducks!

Mai: They're okay, but isn't that kind of boring?

Azula: I have a really fun way of feeding them.

Maylene, wow, that was a really great find! I don't normally like reading first person POV, but it was definitely well-written, though, why would Azula ask Sokka for a kiss. That sounds so...Zutara.

I don't know if this was linked yet, but here's a picture of Sokkla in their season three outfits. It's not shippy, but they're side by side, sort of XD

You know, I noticed something about Azula. While Ozai, and Iroh, and Zuko, and Mai, all have gold eyes, Azula's are a different shade of brown. Hers are more of a honey-brown color, while everyone elses is more golden-brown.

With Sokka and some random girl, or even Suki? A lot of children. However Sokka and Azula? Two at the most. I don't know why, but I don't see Azula having or wanting a lot of children. Whether it would be bad for her figure or the fact that it would be her doing all the hard work would probably tick her off. Remember Sokka's comment at the Serpent's Pass?

"Can't you hold it?!"

If he were to say that to Azula, I bet you he'd be burned. XD
