MissJimmy, omg! That was really, really good! I loved it! Especially this part:

Sokka: I know that he expects you to be perfect. I know that you’re here instead of him fighting his battles for him while he’s safe at home. He’s not here. But I am. I’m here, right now. I do care for you and I want to be with you and hold you and protect you. I don’t expect you to be perfect- I still want to be with you.

I could hear Sokka saying that in my head, it was so awesome! ^^

And the ending was bittersweet, I could feel the tension between them.

Oooh, guys, I have something funny to share with you that doesn't have much to do with Sokkla but has to do with Avatar:

So, Thursday was Thanksgiving, right, and the next day, Friday, was Black Friday. So me and my friend were making plans to go to Kohl's the next morning (and gd, we got such AMAZING deals!), and while we were talking, her sister came over and asked what we were doing.

My friend told her that we're making plans to go shopping tomorrow morning, and she's like, "Why? What day's tomorrow?" and I'm like, "It's Day of Black Sun."

[insert crickets chirping]

"I meant Black Friday! BLACK FRIDAY!"

Yeah, the mods tend to get ticked when people start a thread for a pairing that already has one, but don't worry, they're really nice people XD

Haha, innocent is one word I would not use to describe Sokkla. Devious though, that fits perfectly ;D

My Sokkla fic? I didn't think you read that. LoL Well I don't know, for awhile I kinda hated my work so I thought about deleting it--which is rare since I never have wanted to delete a fic of mine so badly--but I found a little bit of inspiration for the next chapter and am working on it, right this minute. I don't know how much I'm going to get done since I'm watching Justice League and reading forums at the same time. XD

Hopefully I'll be able to update before DoBS airs this week though.
