Wow. All I can say is "wow". BEAUTIFUL art pics, you all. ;D Absolutely beautiful. I watched the movie Big Fish a few days ago, and one line jumped out at me. I think it pretty much describes us Zutara shippers in general: There's a time when a man needs to fight, and a time when he needs to accept that his destiny is lost, that the ship has sailed, and that only a fool will continue. The truth is, I've always been a fool. If some shippers think we're foolish for shipping a pairing that has a slim to none chance of happening, then so be it. I'd rather be a happy fool.

WOOOOW! What a beautiful fanart and fanfics too! For some reason, I always keep reading and reading fanfics with a cup of tea, I just need to know what will happen! Solvabibble, great quote. I rather be a happy fool to. And for those who seek some inspiration for their positive looks on Zutara, I found some! “It's better to be an optimist who is sometimes wrong than a pessimist who is always right”Isn't that right? You get more fun out of daydreaming and expressing yourself with Avatar and Zutara, then thinking; this is so not happening! You can't get any fun out of thát! “Between the optimist and the pessimist, the difference is droll. The optimist sees the doughnut; the pessimist the hole!” Oscar Wilde (Or browny, in our case ^^)

Indeed, Luthien, Oscar Wilde is great. He was very modern for his time. Today I discovered such a cool thing! The guy who is the voice of Zuko in my country, was also the voice of Draco Malfoy in Harry Potter. And Jason Isaacs did the voice of Zhao and also played Lucius Malfoy in Harry Potter. How cool! (However voiceacting is less international...) Also today, I found out why I don't like Maiko like it is now. I do like the whole relationship...but...I MISS SOME COLOR They both wear black/red/grayish. But it would be cooler if they put on some colours. ^^ And an awesome photo manipulation that has been my favourite for ages! Photo manipulation Katara and Zuko 'Step up' So professional!

If Maiko was more coloful and less predictible, then perhaps I would support it. I mean no offense to the Maiko supporters, but IMO it's too dry. Personally, I enjoy the kind of relationship that has the following qualities: Passion, suspense, tension. A relationship that seems like it's worth while to go through with. If you get what I mean. I also like the idea of forbidden love. Like enemy's falling in love, it's just exciting to me. I'm probably gonna get flamed now, huh? X(

@ssb: You're not going to get flamed on my watch. Your opinion on what you want on a relationship is all right. Now, if a Kataang wants to explain why their relationship has passion, suspense and tension, that's fine and I won't do anything about it. But if a non-Zutarian wants to call you an idiot and say your taste sucks, I'll be here. XD But yeah, I don't know how to describe what appeals to me in general because it changes in every show. But for this show...I find Zutara appealing. :3

Yeah, Zutara is certainly appealing (and I love the quotes, guys! That Big Fish one is perfect!). I agree, Para. My tastes change every show, too. I can't always say "Oh, I like Zutara because enemies falling in love is so romantic" because I know a lot of places where I wouldn't like the enemies together. I just go with whatever I like best, and for Avatar, it just happens to be Zutara.

LOLZ I TTLY CAME IN LATE
Ahem. Anyway. I wanted to share my response to ~TML~'s question about Zuko making a move on Katara, because I thought it was a pretty funny thing to imagine. xD
I don't see Zuko making a "move", really. I can see him being his natural broody (BROODY, not angsty) self, leaning against a tree or something while Katara's just practicing Waterbending. And they're just having a conversation, so normal, so casual, nothing really cute and fluffy and romantic...
BUT THEN. Zuko is talking. And Katara is listening. And he says something. Something that would've been totally normal and just regular conversation material, but WHOOPS! Zuko's an idiot and words it wrong.
And they both notice after a hilariously short beat.
Maybe something like,
Zuko: ...I haven't seen too many Waterbenders, so your technique is very fascinating, like when you do your (insert Waterbending move here) and you sway your hips, it's interesting to wa--*freeze* Katara: O.O *ultrablush* Zuko: ... Katara: ... *cough* Zuko: So I was talking to Toph the other day about Sokka...
Wow.
I have waaay too much time on my hands.

@ bagpipeturtle: Yeah same goes. I mean it depends on what kind of show/book/movie it is. Like there are a lot of the things where I like the canon ship of the show/whatever it is. But there are some where I like forbidden love. Or even a love/hate relationship like James and Lily Potter, or Elizabeth Bennet and Mr. Darcy. I guess I didn't get to finish typing all that I wanted on my post... haha, kinda awkward...

Haha, Pixar, that's hilarious. That'd be so like them both. xD @ssb- Forbidden love can be nice (Moulin Rouge is my favorite movie ever, and it is very forbidden love-ish), but it can get a little much at times, IMO. Romeo and Juliet... it's a great love story, but they are kind of... I dunno how to explain what I mean. Does anyone else get me, or am I not making any sense? I gotta go to bed, now, g'night all.

^ I think I get you, BPT Romeo & Juliet's romantic and all but....honestly, their relationship developed in such a short span of time that it seemed a bit far-fetched to moi.
