Okay here's my W.O.F. character man person:
Name: Kensesu Inuyawaza
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Nation: Earth (southeast)
Bender: No
Appearence: He is tall, nearly 6'5 (or 5'5, if we are using the foot shorter than morden height thinger) and quite slender with a lean build. He has dark brown hair that falls to his shoulders and is usually neatly to the side to keep any of it out of his face, so it falls to his shoulders on the side. Farther back, he combs it straight back and down.He wears dark, long robes with the Earth Kingdom symbol on the front and back, showing his patriotism. He has the formings of a beard on his face, and plans to grow it to make himself look upper-class. He has the standard brown eyes of the Earth Kingdom.
Personality: He, being in the upper-class, has annoying tendency to look down on the lower classes. (which make up almost all of his town) He is, however, quite levelheaded and rational, except when it comes to his prejudice issues. He is blatantly clueless around women, as he lived most of his life away from them, being the only child with only a mother to teach about how a women acts in his predominantly male town. He can be a tad stuffy and aloof. He is however skilled in math as he is a trader/merchant.
History: He was born in the small town of Gojuini(go-joo-in-EE) on one of the Earth Kingdom's prosperous trade routes. He was the son and grandson of merchants, and it was the grandfather's skill that raised them to their 'big fish in the little pond' status. His father took him on trading trips from age 2, despite his mother's objections, the only thing that made his mother agree was that he would be protected on the trips by beingplaced in the most secure cart, and be guarded by the largest men on the trip. He was shielded from the unsavory roadside taverns by his father, so his son would grow up to be a respectable trader like himself. He had learned modern 3rd grade math by his father's career neccesity quite early, around age 6. He had a somewhat boring life, being sheilded from most of the 'bad' outside world to keep the legacy going.
He was taught that the thugs and hillbillies in his town were to be avoided at all costs. He had been to Ba Sing Se and Omashu by age 10, thanks to the trading business. He didn't see his mother often, as his father loved taking month-long trips with his son. As such, he and his father bonded on the trips. The most 'exciting' time in his life wwas at age 12, when the small trader band was making their was across the Earth Kingdom to the Fire Nation for a large trade trip. They were in the consumate 'middle of nowhere' in the Central Earth Kingdom when they were attacked by bandits. His father was injured, and Kensesu 's grandfather and him fought the bandits off, (there were three) with help from their guards, and randomly found blunt objects. He and the group returned to the town, and Kensesu began learning to attack people with daggers and other short swords. His father and mother detested this, but he assured them that he would not turn into a 'ruffian' as his parents feared.
At age 16 he opened up his own 'family business' market next to his father and grandfather's. He, of course, hired people to deal with the poor buyers. At age 18 he learned of his maarriage with another well-to-do girl from the town of Forina Nuji (for-EEN-a-nu-jee), who he set to marry later this year. During his brief encounters with her, it became painfully obvious that hewas clueless with women. The encounters are a learning experience for the guy.
