I can't thank you all enough. If I hadn't even recieved one request to continue, I never would have, and I probably wouldn't have this fandom I'm currently enjoying. Here's to several more chapters of success for me and enjoyment for all of you, eh? *Raises glass filled with sparkling white grape juice* Cheers. Anyway, I know I promise a Sunday release, but I got a late start on it tonight, and I went way late trying to type it up, so I decided to post it tomorrow night instead.

Well, I just can't make up my mind. I'm going to post it tonight, no matter what.
Chapter 5: Warriors Part 4: Leadership
Not one to sit idly by and wonder what was transpiring, Azula followed Chizuru into the room, and was hardly surprised to find the voluptuous girl and her lover facing off. So, Chizuru went through with it, after all she thought to herself with a wicked smile playing the corner of her lips. If Suki can beat her, then the Goshoujo Group will finally be under my control.
Suki and Chizuru circled around each other, sizing each other up with hard stares. She limps a little. Her left leg moves a quarter-second slower than her right leg. She hides it remarkably well Suki thought, her gaze moving down to Chizuru's left leg momentarily, a plan already taking form. The best way to win, she reasoned, would be to trip her up and force her to submit.
"Well, are we going to just stand around here, glaring at each other, or are we going to fight?" Chizuru asked, as she moved in for a swift blow to Suki's stomach, but was surprised when the Kyoshi Warrior grabbed her arm, and threw it out wide, opening her up for an attack of her own. With Chizuru off guard, Suki thrust a closed fan into her gut, sending her back on her heels. In that moment, Suki made a sweep with her leg to try to trip busty girl.
Chizuru fell to the floor, her breath forced out of her lungs upon impact. "Ugh!" she grunted, "You got lucky, figuring out I have less strength in my left leg than my right. So you knocked me down. Big deal. You've still a long way to go before you can say you've beaten me." She attempted to get up, but Suki was upon her, pressing an open fan into her throat.
"I won't kill you," Suki said, her voice a feral growl, "but if you don't give up right now, I will hurt you as badly as I did Suzuka." She didn't mean it. She was still very badly shaken by what she had done and honestly didn't believe she could bring herself to intentionally harm anyone, especially when she took into consideration the fact that she had inadvertently done what she did to Suzuka. How she hoped her bluff would work.
Chizuru only laughed at her. "You're a riot, Suki," she chuckled. "You, hurt me? You're still shaking from what you did to Suzuka. If anyone should give up, it's you." What she did then amazed Suki: she lifted her left leg straight up with great speed and force to kick Suki off of her. As the Kyoshi Warrior toppled to the floor, she picked herself up as quickly as she could, and made a quick movement over to her and stood above her. "You're already a memeber of the Goshoujo Group. That should be enough," she tried to talk Suki out of it. "You're not ready right now. Give it some time, and I'll take you on again some other time."
Suki wouldn't have it. She had barely begun to fight when she brutalized Suzuka and still wasn't even sweating now. "No, she growled, "We see this fight through to it's end, no matter what it may be." At which point, she picked her fans back up and slapped them both into the spot of Chizuru's leg that she had kicked mere moments ago. The voluptuous girl fell down to her knee, giving Suki the time she needed to get up and launch another attack.
She attempted to kick Chizuru in the face, but was stunned when the girl blocked her attack and took hold of her leg. Standing up, Suki's leg still in her hands, she smiled as she threw her leg out wide, sending her off balance. She then stuck her arm out and charged toward Suki. She made contact, catching her directly in the throat, knocking her down to the floor.
Azula was enjoying it all with sadistic glee. Perfect she thought, an evil grin on her face now. Just perfect. Everything is going according to my plan. Just a little longer, Suki, and you'll not only have the fight, but you'll also be my link to the Goshoujo Group.
Choking as she tried to catch her breath, Suki was aware that Chizuru was closing in fast. She had to do something to buy her some time, but what? She didn't have time to think about it. Chizuru was very close now, so she did the first thing she could think of. She thrust her leg out, catching Chizuru in the knee. Her knee buckled, and she fell.
Still hardly able to breathe, but now no longer choking quite so badly, Suki picked herself up and stumbled the short distance to where Chizuru was, her back still hurting from the fall. Opening both her fans, she held them to the voluptuous girl's throat and after a few short moments of gasping, said, "It's over. Give up, or I'll do one of two things. Break your leg or cause some major damage to your throat."
She couldn't believe it. She had been beaten a lot sooner than she had been willing to give up, but Chizuru knew when to fight and when to surrender, and after being tripped and having her leg chopped with battle fans and recieving a sharp kick to the knee, she knew better than to foolishly press the fight anymore. A smile came across her pretty face as she sighed and said, "Well, it seems figuring out my weakness was more than mere luck. I don't like admitting it so soon, but you have me beaten. I hereby recognize you as the new leader of the Goshoujo Group. We'll inform the others the moment I regain my legs."
Azula smiled as she walked back to the room. It was shaping up to be a fine day. A fine day, indeed.
And there you have it. Chapter 5, at long last. I wanted to do more, but the fight, for as little as what happened, was still pretty long. Yeah, that's Chapter 5, and Chapter 6 will finally follow this Sunday. And I swear, I'll post Chapter 6 on Sunday.

Trying this again. I tried to post last night, but the internet crashed on me, and so now, I have to type it all again. I think I'm going to call it quits on the violence for a while, this being the last violent chapter til I decide to get back into it. Warning: It's a bit lengthy.
Chapter 6: Rematch
Suki was angry, and for good reason. The Day of Black Sun had come and gone, and Azula informed her that Sokka had done little to try to find her outside of making idle demands. She held out hope for a long time that he would come and save her, yet the Fire Nation was invaded and he did little to try. She wanted, no, she needed to vent her frustration, and she knew just the person to try to blow off some steam on.
Orcus Yang stood in the center of the ring in the very arena the two of them fought the final round of the tournament they fought the first time they met. The arena was empty, save for the gladiator, Suki, Azula, the other four memebers of the Goshoujo Group, Chizuru, Miki, Suzuka, and Momiji, and Suki's friend, Konna.
"You've got some nerve trying to face me again so soon after your first miserable defeat at my hands," the gladiator sneered as Suki entered the ring. He had to admit, she did carry herself with more confidence, and it hinted at new skills, but a few new skills and improved old ones don't make for a much stronger warrior right away. She was a fool for attempting to face him again so soon after their initial meeting. "You are a fool. Do you know that?"
Suki didn't care if she was a fool. The only male she had ever loved in a romantic way had betrayed her by doing nothing to try to save her, and she was angry with all men right now. She still had to teach Orcus a lesson for being so violent in the ring and to avenge her loss at the tournament. "Shut up, Orcus," she growled, spitting the gladiator's name. "You're the same as all the other men in the world, and you deserve to be punished for it."
She charged at the large man, her fans low to try to catch his legs and trip him up. If she could get him off his feet, she'd have the advantage, she reasoned. Much of Orcus' offense as in his ability to stay vertical. If she could get him off his feet. If she could just get him off his feet...
The large man sidestepped Suki and in the same movement, drew his sword and slapped her at the base of the hips with the flat of his sword. He expected her to fall as she did the last time, but much to his surprise, the girl remained on her feet, though the blade did dig in as it had last time, only deeper this time, drawing blood.
Great. Suki thought. This is just what I need, to be bleeding. It doesn't appear to be particularly bad, but I should still be careful. Even if I beat Orcus, I could still bleed to death if I move too much. But I have to win. Everyone is watching me. Think, Suki. What should I do? An idea began to form then. She would still try to take him down, but she wouldn't do it with frontral assaults.
She suddenly dropped to her knees, drawing gasps from Konna and Miki. If this worked, she'd be able to trip Orcus up and allow her to grab hold of and inflict damage to one or both of his legs. To further the illusion of a serious injury, she grabbed at her back and slumped forward, feigning pain.
"If that's all you can handle," Orcus said, taking the bait, "The perhaps the both of us underestimated your abilities. I won't kill you if you give up now." He moved in to perhaps kick her, or at least force her down to her back with his foot, but was met with fans chopping into the calf muscle and knee of the leg that remained firmly on the ground, causing his knee to buckle, sending him down.
"H-how?! How could I have fallen for that?!" The big man was genuinely surprised at the deception. There was no way she was faking it. There just couldn't have been. Shrugging it all away, he picked himself up and completed his intended attack, for at this point, Suki's blood loss had begun to increase and was beginning to take an effect on her, so she couldn't have gotten up as fast as she had wanted to.
Now laying on her back, Suki gasped for breath as the gladiator's attack had connected with her stomach, the sheer force of the blow sending a shockwave straight through to her lungs, robbing her of her breath. It seemed the gladiator didn't appreciate deception in the ring, and he wanted to end the fight now.
"You think you're so smart," the large man spat as he beat a determined path toward the downed girl, who had been thrown a few feet from the impact of his last blow. "Well, how about this, then? You're already bleeding, I know it. Can you take being whipped, as well?" He slid his foot beneath her, intentionally catching the sword wound, causing Suki to wince as the gladiator harshly turned her over onto her back. Lowering his sword to her back, he then cut the shirt she had been wearing right off her back, exposing the bare flesh beneath and the horrible gash that now oozed blood.
Grabbing the handle of a whip that had rested unnoticed until just then at his hip, he snapped it out to uncoil it, and was about to lash Suki across the back, when a voice from the stands cried out, "Stop!" It was Konna, and she couldn't bear to see her friend be treated so. "If you must flog someone, do it to me." She was offering herself up to save Suki.
"Konna, no," Suki choked. "Please, don't. You're no warrior. You can't handle it."
The servant girl smiled as she made her way to the ring, taking off her blouse along the way. Inside the ring, she made her way over to where Suki lay and, still smiling, said, "Don't worry about me. Just get out of here." Suki tried to protest, but Konna silenced her by placing her hand on the girl's shoulder. "Go, I said. You need to get that wound fixed up before you bleed to death."
Suki couldn't believe it, but she did as Konna had told her and left the ring, Azula meeting her in the grass to help her to the infirmary.
"I don't want to do this to you. I have no quarrel with you, but you're a courageous one for trying to defend that little wretch. She needs to be taught a lesson about staying away from vastly superior fighters. Perhaps doing this to you will teach her that lesson," Orcus said softly to Konna, who had assumed a proper position to be flogged. "I'm sorry." He raised his whip, and lashed it across her back, a razor's edge on the end of the whip biting her flesh. Amazingly, to Orcus, at least, the girl did not cry out with the first lash, nor did she with any other, in spite of the fact that each new lash opened a new wound and caused thick gouts of blood to leap from each of her pre-existing wounds.
Orcus continued until he felt she had had enough, which wasn't long at all, for he knew she wouldn't ba able to take much. The girl passed out from the pain and blood loss, but the gladiator remained impressed with her. Not once did she cry out. As he recoiled his whip, he whispered an apology to th servant girl.
"I know you can't hear me right now, and you won't have any knowledge of this when you wake, but I want you to know that this is neither your friend's fault, nor your own. She is right about me, and she has every right to want to avenge her loss. She is wrong, however, about the lives ended because of me. They all knew what they were doing when they stepped into the ring with me. They might have died outright at someone else's hands elsewhere. At the very least, I gave them all merciful deaths. I don't expect you to forgive me, and you can curse me if you want. I can take it. I just wanted someone to know the truth."
And that's Chapter 6. This is actually the third version of the same chapter, the one I wanted to use all along, but decided against twice, before deciding to use it after the incident I had last night. Sorry about the length.

And we're getting back into the dark romance I started this fic for. Chapters 4 through 6 were as much a part of the story as 1 through 3, but it was originally a dark romance. It's not going to be particularly violent for a while, but the action fans will get their fix later on.
Chapter 7: Sorrow
Konna lay on her stomach, unmoving. Two weeks had passed, and she was still unconscious from the vicious whipping she received from the gladiator, Orcus Yang.
Suki sat at her bedside, pleading with her and whatever higher power might have held sway over human lives for her to wake up. Two weeks had passed since that incident, and Suki's wounds been sewn up and completely healed. Two weeks, and Konna remained unconscious.
Normally, Azula wouldn't tolerate Suki or Konna slacking off on anything. Suki and the rest of the Goshoujo Group were now Azula's bodyguards by Fire Lord Ozai's command, and Konna served Azula and Suki exclusively at Azula's request. Normally, that was the case, but she knew all to well the physical and emotional toll Orcus Yang had taken on her lover and servant. She knew it all too well.
For two weeks, Suki would sit at Konna's bedside by day, and retreat to Azula's chambers at night. When the princess would try to cuddle with her, she wouldn't receive the response she normally did. Normally, Suki would give her leave to do as she pleased, however, recently, she wouldn't respond at all. This had been occurring for two weeks, and Azula was becoming fed up. Suki would start giving her the satisfaction she wanted and performing her duties as one of her bodyguards, or else.
One day, after three weeks, Suki began to give up hope of Konna ever waking up. She pleaded with her friend to awaken for three weeks on end, to no avail. It was beginning to look like the servant girl would never awaken. "Why, Konna?" she sobbed, "Why did you have to do that? You knew you would get hurt. You knew there was a possibility you might not wake up if you passed out, so why?" She lay her head on the mattress and sobbed for a long while into it.
Azula was there, then. She was still angry that Suki was still being emotionally weak. It had been three weeks, she should get over it, she felt. But she knew Suki. She remembered how stubborn she had been in holding out hope that Sokka would save her. She needed some clever manipulation to snap her out of it. Of course, she thought. How simple. All I have to do is be there for her, and she'll practically throw herself on me.
The princess smiled as sympathetically as she could muster as she made her way to Suki's side and placed a hand on her lover's. The Kyoshi Warrior looked up at the princess, tears flowing from her eyes. She threw herself at Azula, just as the princess had predicted she would. "Oh, My Fire Lady, Azula," she sobbed, throwing her arms around her, "I'm so sorry for the way I've been acting recently. I'm worried about Konna, but there are more important things."
Smiling, Azula said, "It's alright. I have a good idea how much your experiences with Orcus has affected you. Can you do me a small favor?"
Suki just looked at Azula, her sad eyes asking her question for her.
"Promise me you won't face that man again until you know for certain that you can beat him. Can you do that for me?" she asked of her lover. She wasn't expecting her to say yes, but she would have hurt her severely if she said no.
"Yes," Suki said, tears flowing from her eyes anew. "I want nothing more than to beat Orcus, but I've been shutting you out and ignoring my responsibilities. I am so, so sorry, My Fire Lady, Azula. Can you ever forgive me?"
Still smiling, Azula said, "Of course I can. Just promise me you'll respond a bit more when I want to cuddle." She the placed a hand on the back of Suki's head and pulled her in for a kiss.
And that's Chapter 7: Sorrow for you. I haven't decided on a title or content for Chapter 8 yet, but there definitely will be at least 10 chapters.

My apologies, but I have to suspend writing of this story until further notice, as my computer is acting up, and I am currently on my father's computer to go about the task of informing everyone about this event. That said, as soon as my computer is back up and running again, I promise to start right back up again with Chapter 8.
