Yah I agree with the nose part, personally I don't have the right colors or drawing pencils I have to get those from the store. He he he.

Katara's hair is usually uber-calm, so if you're making it ripply, I might suggest making everything ripply. Also, being a grammar freak, I would LOVE it if you'd add the apostrophe and the d after 'she'... Sorry. Nothing to do with the art. Try making the lips and eyes a little smaller- I love Zuko overall, and Katara's torso is well-proportioned. It would look REALLY nice if you put intricacy into her necklace. This is great for your first one! Continue!

It's very sweet though. I said that already, but the concept is really cute. ^^ I'd reccomend getting some nice colored pencils, they'll last you forevah.
