Probably lol. But Aang and Katara would probably do that somewhere miles away from Sokka and somewhere very secluded. They wouldn't want to take a chance of someone seeing or hearing them, or for anyone to interupt xD.

Lol, it would be OC for Aang. If he were to 'repopulate the air nomads' with Katara, he would definately stay with her to raise their children.

Lol, that would be something. I don't think Aang'll be unconcious the whole time he's at the watertribe camp. If we're lucky, maybe we will get a Hakoda/Aang chat, and maybe Aang'll tell him about his feelings for Katara and ask if it's ok to 'persue' her. That would be so cute.

Chaobunny: LOL. I'm sure Aang was secretly glad that he had to save Katara in that one scene XD. @skye, Yah, I've been thinking about that stuff too. I just thought it was too adorable not to post. screenshots.avatarspiritmedia.net/212/420.jpg , Aang: How am I going to handle this when it happens to Katara?

Cliche could also be put as 'epic' or 'classic'. I doubt there's many stories out there that have pairings that don't involve best friends turn into lovers, or good girl gets the bad boy. It often makes for a better story that way, and that's why it's done so often. If Katara got together with Haru or someone, it wouldn't be cliche, but it wouldn't be a good way to end the story either. So alot of people who say Kataang/Zutara is cliche, probably don't realize that it's not necessarily a bad thing.

Ooh it's like a kataang questionaire! What makes Kataang different from the myriads of teenage romances that fall apart after a few months? One reason I think is because the gaang travels around so much, so they don't really have time to date or even meet a whole bunch of people besides the ones they travel with. Also, and more importantly, Aang and Katara have saved eachothers lives and fought side by side in battles and such. Most ordinary teenagers don't have that kind of life. If someone saved my life, I'd probably start liking them too. Who proposes marriage?I could see Katara being the first one to bring it up in conversation, sometime in their relationship as teenagers. Like "Have you ever thought about....mariage?" or something. But when their actually old enough, it would probably be Aang. He'd probably spend months trying to find the right way to ask, and make a betrothal necklace and all that lol. If Aang had to tell of his favorite memory of Katara, which memory would that be? Vice-versa?For Aang, it would probably be when Katara first found him in the iceberg, I could see him telling that story to their kids For Katara, I think in Serpent's pass when Aang becomes himself again, like Ana said. What is your favorite Kataang moment? Oooh, my favorite question. I think when Katara healed Aang at the end of COD. It was just so sweet, the way she held him after she caught him and when she thought he was dead. And there was just something special about that hug she gave him when he opened his eyes. Post your favorite quotesAang:My business is my business, young man, and none of yours! I've got half a mind to bend you over my knee and paddle your backside! (Gate Guard: Settle down, old timer. Just tell me who you are.) Aang: Name's Bonzu Pipinpadaloxicopolis, the Third, and these are my grandkids. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Bumi: I'm going to do...nothing! That episode cracks me up. Most of my favorite Kataang moments have no words, just hugs and kisses lol.

Sadly, that's very true. Two of my best friends are that way, they say it's impossible to be attracted to a nice guy. It makes me want to rip my hair out. I think it's totally stupid. 'Gee, here's a really crabby mean guy, he must make a great boyfriend!' They say, 'Well, if he's mean, then he must have a sweet spot!' But then why not go for the guy who actually shows his sweet spot? It's common sense. I don't understand why girls are attracted to that type of guy. Usually, if they get with the bad guy, and try to change them, it actually works the other way around. The girl gets dragged into the guy's bad habits, and they become an emo couple. No offence to those who like Zuko, it's understandable for a girl to be attracted to a guy with good looks, and we have seen a nice, good side in Zuko, plus in avatar it doesn't matter all that much because of course, no one will ever actually be able to date Zuko or Aang. But, in real life, I don't like it when girls try to become a guys girlfriend, just because he's angsty. I've always liked the sweet guys, the ones who say 'hi! what's up!" rather than the ones who say "I hate you, leave me alone'.

I've always liked Aang lol. I think one of the reasons Aang's matured so much is because in the first eight episodes, he didn't realize that he had to master the elements by summer's end. Once he found out how much time he actually had on his hands, he started to become more serious. As for his progressing relationship with Katara, I don't think he saw many girls before her, so it took him a little while to learn the proper way to get along with them. He knows now that Katara appreciates it when he compliments her or does nice things for her, rather than doing a daring stunt in front of her. And I think he also needs her in a different way than he did before. In the beginning, it was just a crush, and he wanted Katara to like him because she was beautiful and kind and all those good things. But now he needs her support and comfort as well, because of all the stress that's on him.

That's probably true. Aang and Katara are the main characters of the show, therefore more depth is added to their characters and it makes them more interesting to the audience, and easier to relate to. I'm not saying Zuko doesn't have character depth, but Aang and Katara get more screen time and were created to be the more likeable characters (though obviously, Zuko gets alot of love from the fandom too).

Yeah, Aang's so much braver than Zuko lol. It takes a true man to wear girl clothes. Random fact: My brother learned to play agni kai on the piano!

Yeah, but that one clip was probably from one of the earlier episodes because, he was still wearing all those bandages. Maybe he'll change and realize that he needs his friends' help. Either way, we know he won't be alone in the final battle because of the scene where Katara is all like "I will never, ever turn my back on people who need me!" there's no way she'd let Aang face the firelord alone.

No it wouldn't. Maybe he'll be gloomy the first five episodes or so, but then Katara will find a way to cheer him up. Or he'll just make a wise desision and realize that shutting himself off from everyone including himself, isn't a good thing. I really hope he learned his lesson in Serpent's Pass.
