All I can say is, when Katara has as much water as Toph does earth, she kicks a serious amount of Equus asinus!
She totally kicked that Sea Serpents' Equus asinus!

lol, no kidding. Too bad we don't see her make a huge whirlpool she fights from, or a gigantic wave, or firing millions of icicles at anyone. Toph and Katara are masters, each in a different respect

Yeah, it's too bad they're in the middle of the Earth Kingdom. She doesn't have a lot of water to work with.
While Toph has all the earth she needs. Katara has been severely limited this season.

I'm pretty sure Lake Lao Gai is inside Ba Sing Se.
But it's definitely not the same one from Serpent's Pass.

ok, phew. Otherwise, I would have had Katara sick that creature on Long Feng, and watch him struggle lol. I wish Katara would use her ice as a blade; we saw her do something like that with the circles of ice she flicks at Pakku

Waterbenders do use water as blades.
In season 1, they were slicing Fire Nation tanks in half. ^_^
But the show is on Nickelodeon, so I doubt we'll see her slice a human in half! That'll be cool though!

Not like that, I mean sort of freezing it into a blade literally, possibly similar to the boadswords Zuko has; that might have helped a lot in the battle against the Dai Lee

Ahhh, I'm not sure if Katara can use swords though. Maybe she can give it to Sokka after she makes a sword out of the water lol.

lol, Sokka would break it, like in the second episode with the spear LOL watching Season 1, it's like "Wow Sokka is a horrible warrior" then you see him in Season 2, and he is becoming very formidable.

Katara rules..She is sweet and she keeps the group together.
not only is she great for the group because of her nurturing mother instincts, (which sorta get in the way of Kat/Aang sometimes) She is ONE POWERFUL bender!!!!!!!!
