I am totally there with you wholeheartedly, us Avatar fans need to band together and put Twilight to shame on movie sells. I'm going to see the Avatar movie at every chance that I get. I'm so incredibly excited for the movie to come, it couldn't come soon enough for me. There are so many people who are putting the movie down already. I mean sure people it might not be right on, but what movie is? Welcome to Hollywood my friends. We should just be Avatar is getting out there, don't judge a movie before seeing it is all I have to say.

I'm not going to see it because we don't get it until September...and if we have to wait more than a few weeks after the US gets a movie I refuse to see it on principle, no matter how much I may want to...I haven't gone to see a Pixar movie in years and I LOVE Pixar movies.

I don't care much about the casting, but as long as the movie's storyline remains true to the original, I'm fine. From what I see, the runtime is about 100 minutes, so I'm curious to see how they will condense Book 1 that much. Even though some of the episodes in the cartoon were considered "filler" episodes, they had parts that eventually played a key role in the story.

The film is basically a reader's digest of the cartoon full of voice overs, subtitles, and montages.
