Go for it. You certainly wouldn't be making icons and sigs, though- probably website design and the pretty graphics you see on the cover of brochures. Just to letcha know. Oooh yesh. I hope on doing that for a career. It seems enjoyable =D

If my composing career fails and I don't get to be a doctor or something, I'm going to cool way with Photoshop B)

Oooo, goodie.
I *love* your current sig/icon set.
EDIT: Where'd all these posts come from? Oh well...
Does anyone else look at graphics on papers and say "I could so do that with Photoshop?"

^Wait, who's your post to, Zink? xD
And I agree with you (on the second part of your post), I look at stuff and think that I could do it with Photoshop. xD

lol, I know i for one will never be paid to use Photoshop. I see it more of a hobby than a career. Plus I couldn't compete with real artists!

@splendoris: I'd love to use Photoshop as a career; but to support the lifestyle I want to be leading in the future; I wouldn't be able to have it as a career; you just don't make that much. And I agree; Photoshop is more of a hobby to me as well; I've never really taken a class on it or really looked to it as a profession or career.

Okay, I got off my lazy butt and quoted my PM to alpacas on basically how I made my icon and sig. xD And ZOMG; I LOVE your new icon/sig you made with one of my PotC: DMC screencaps; Zink, that icon is awesome! I also love all the rest of your icons in your icon bar/sig, they all are really cool. ;D

Oooo, I've gotten several beautiful handwritten fonts from dafont. I recommend Fountain Pen Frenzy and Jane Austen. Cat: your icon-sig, of course! That's what we were talking about before, right? Right? Hmmm, maybe wrong... And thanks, I tried to take the best icons I've made and/or the ones that I only finished after the contest was closed. The two overlap a surprising amount.

I love dafont, but I haven't downloaded anything from there in ages. I think I have all the fonts I really need xD Too many, really. Some of my favorite handwritten fonts are Cezanne(or the clone - Hannibal Lector), many fonts from Fonts for Peas (they make people's handwriting in to fonts), BlackJack, Carpenter, and A Theme For Murder.
