FIRST POST ON PAGE ONE HUNDRED!! SCORE!!!!!
Matsu tightend his grip around her trying to make sure she could stand steady. "I'm fine, just some minor injuries. "
Hati felt herself pulled along. She stepped close to Noa, making sure she stayed by his side. Was Fenny a really firebender?

Fenny glanced testily at Matsu, letting go of his hand as Noa and Hati approached in a similar fashion. "...Yes, Noa. I am. I'm sorry if I scared either of you. I didn't mean to do that."

"It was definitely surprising, but don't be sorry. If it wasn't for you me and Matsu probably would've earth'd to death. Thanks..." He then chuckled, "Heh, so you're a firebender too. I wouldn't of guessed that..." He was about to ask why she didn't say anything, but all he had to do was glance at Matsu to give himself the answer. He shited his eyes over at the cage. It was Fenny that Geming was charging over to right before he was captured. Just figuring that Fenny was a firebender was enough to send him in a killing mode. If there's one thing Noa had completely registered throughout this whole trip, it was Geming really really didn't like firebenders; he wasn't just bullying Matsu for any other reason.
Noa perked up a big smile while wrapping his arms around Hati, "Well looks like everything's turning out for the best. We're all okay and we're just less than a day away from the city. Did you see how all these guards quickly handled Geming just now. They definitely can't be exaggerating by how safe it is there. I can't wait to get to the city."

Saiki stood up with Abeni curled in her arms, her feet sliding a little on the sand as she regained her balance. She glanced at the small gathering that had formed around Fenny, but turned her back and walked carefully towards the now semi-destroyed tents. Right now all she needed to deal with was calming Abeni down, and to tell the truth she wasn't exactly sure how to do that. Maybe some food will make her sleepy and she'll just fall asleep until we get to the city. She was nearing a tent where some sandbenders were busily cleaning up some bowls that had fallen on the ground when she suddenly stopped. What am I going to do with her when we get to the city? What am I going to do myself?

Matsu stared out at the cell, watching the guards mill around. "Geming has connections, it won't be long." He blinked and then rubbed his head, wow he had a headache. Slowly he dropped his hand and then looked at Noa. "Are you okay? My memory is a little fuzzy before the fight...but...." He trailed off.
Hati, for once, chose to stay silent. She knew better then to make a dig at Fenny, especially when she was so upset. Plus she was a firebender who had just lost her temper, who's to say Fenny wouldn't use fire against her?
Abeni didn't even know what Saiki was doing, she had dissolved into a quiet, shaking, fit. She cried silently, trying to stop the best she could. At home crying meant being made fun of or even being hit. Soon she was able to stop the crying but she still had her face buried in Saiki's shoulder.

"Hmm..." Matsu got Noa's attention, "Ah, I'm fine. I had to rough you up a little though to keep you put. It's all good. I've dealt with grumps drunks who can't hold their drink, before. No offense, Matsu. Haha." Noa laughed to break the awkward silence between the group. "But it's but's good to see you coming back to your senses now. Well we all better hydrate ourselves. Especially you Matsu. You've been sweating out in the sun for a while. But we'll definitely, "definitely" try to get someone to taste test the water, huh?" He laughed again giving Hati a soft squeeze. Looking to her he asked, "Hati, how you feeling?" Noa guess she was probably still shaken up by the experience.
-------
The cage started to rattle and shake. Geming lifted his head up. The guards were finally on their way back to the city. As the prison carrage began to slide out of the camp scene. Geming stood up and gave one last stabbing glare at the camp, through the barred window. Shifting his eyes, he spotted someone that just got his attention. It wasn't the firebenders.
"Abeni!" He called out. He had almost forgotten about her become to the Firebender's poison, "Abeni! It's going to be okay! Stay with Saiki! Saiki Protect her. Keep her safe from those demons!!" His voice had become fainter and fainter as the guards accelerated away on route. He slumped but to the floor and punched the wall on last time.

"I wasn't drunk." Matsu scowled. "Geming poisoned my water...somehow, I don't know how. I need to....sit." Matsu sat down slowly and hung his head between his knees, trying to keep from fainting.
Hati looked up at Noa. "Hmm? Oh, I'm fine. I'm just thinking about the city." She grinned ."Then we can finally be out of this wretched place and no one will be trying to kill us."
Abeni lifted her head as she heard her name and she just stared blankly as Geming was taken away, she was to drained to even muster up the energy to cry again.

Fenny stood edgily as the others talked. It bothered her the most that Hati wasn't jabbing at her. Some sort of snap about her not using her abilities to make their lives easier, not dressing to the style of other firebenders she had seen, something. Was she afraid of her now? Somehow that made Fenny feel that much worse about being found out. She watched with some concern as Matsu sat down in the sand, looking grey. She still felt rather sickly herself, and expected with the fight for Matsu to feel twelve times worse. When he mentioned the water being poisoned, something dawned on Fenny. "Cactus Juice." she swore under her breath. Why didn't she think about that earlier? "I bet he got it when we stopped for supplies."

Saiki winced when she heard Geming call her name, and bit her lip to keep from yelling something back about the real "demon" in the whole situation. Her nerves were getting extremely frayed. She had meant to plan out what she was going to do in Lotus City during the trip, but so much happened recently that she didn't have any time. And now, she thought, glancing down at Abeni, I have to figure out what to do with her. Saiki decided that it was best to get some food before trying to figure out anything else, and quickly covered the remaining ground to the now almost-repaired serving tent, ignoring Geming's faint cries.

"It was for me, I'm sorry." Matsu turned his head and looked up at Fenny. Everything that had just happend to her had been his fault. He had offered her the water and now look what happend. She had outed herself and now Fenny was caught in Geming's web of violence.
Abeni's face mask had fallen to her chin, but she didn't care. She just hung in Saiki's arms limply, waiting to be told what to do.

"Yes well, having you deathly poisoned should not have been an option either." She shivered, "It's a good thing he's locked up. I have no doubt he would have poisoned every one of us if that meant accomplishing his goal." She glanced over at Hati. "You have sand ground into your dress." she mentioned idly. Maybe that would wake her up from her freakish reverie.

"I should have killed him when I had the chance." Matsu said darkly under his breath. He sat up and leaned back, feeling a little more stable now. Slowly he climbed to his feet. "Could we all go get something to eat and rest?" Truthfully Matsu wasn't hungry, he just felt like collapsing.
Hati stared at Fenny, as if she was crazy. "We ARE in a desert." She said with an edgy tone and then looked at the hem of her dress. She gave it a little shake and when it was still dirty, she let out an aggrivated sigh. "The city is just a day away..."

"Great idea!" Noa replied to Matsu optimistically. "Lets just get into our tents and pass out. Today's been pretty uh eventful." Noa then displayed the waterskin he had, "I'm still good with water if anyone needs to drink. Matsu, I know you need to drink." He insisted on giving it to him. "You too Fenny. I've been drinking from it all day, so it's not bad."
He then looked to Hati in attempt to cheer her as well, "And no worries, I think your dress still looks good on you." She smiled wide.

Fenny couldn't help but smile a little when Hati snapped back, but quickly concealed it in a smirk. "Glad to hear you've finally stepped down from your pedestal to wallow with the rest of us." She turned now to Matsu and Noa. "We don't have long, it seems. It's nearly twilight. Shouldn't we be getting packed soon? Unless we're switching back to a normal daylight schedule, since we're so close to the city."

Saiki placed Abeni gently onto the sand next to the food tent, idly noting that her mask had slipped down to her chin. She then found one of the sandbenders, and was disappointed to hear that the food had already been packed away since they were preparing for the final stretch of the journey. Saiki returned to where Abeni was sitting, and crouched down next to her. "The food is packed away, but I have some water if you want it."
