Nope. Not my jurisdiction. You'll have to take it up with one of the higher mods. Sorry. It's within Psera's powers though, right?

Citizen Kane. People nowadays may find it boring, but I simply cannot overstate how GIGANTIC of a cinematic impact that this movie had on filmmaking.

Although it is obviously Akira Kurosawa's The Hidden Fortress in Space (at least A New Hope), it still is quite groundbreaking as it transformed the Science Fantasy genre like nothing else before it. Count the number of energy swords like a lightsaber which appeared before Star Wars, and then count the number of them which came after.

I haven't seen the Godfather movies, though of course I have to eventually. I can't imagine how the Star Wars prequels got on the list, or Planet of the Apes. Not that I dislike any of those films, they're just so far beneath the running for greatest movie ever. I voted for Star Wars IV-VI, since they're the best thing on the list (though I haven't seen many Bond films, my cousins would probably vote for them). I dunno, I think as a general rule all polls should include "other" as a choice. I might say "The Incredibles," though I'm also quite fond of "Real Genius"... that one I definitely think isn't in the running, though. "Serenity" was also pretty dang awesome. And I dunno, there are countless possibilities. If we're just talking about personal favorites, that really has little or nothing to do with "greatest movie ever," which is a more objective term... and really, there can be no objective greatest movie ever, because movies are art, and all art is subjective. I think too much. the incredibles as in the one which came out in 2004 and is CGI? quite frnakly, it was okay, but greatest movie ever NOOOOO
