I like Naruto but I still think that anyone who's over 10 and is wearing a leaf headband in public is taking things too far

Yes, it would be a little strange seeing a 16 year old wearing a hidden village headband.

It looked rather cute with my outfit I'll have you know. I don't go walking around in a full out costume or anything, but I think certain accessories isn't immature. Yeah, I'm an adult but it isn't immature to wear something that shows you're the fan of something. I have a water tribe necklace that I bought off ebay the other day, and my boss complimented on how lovely it was. Being immature is when you run around in a full blown outfit screaming, "Believe It!" in public (minus conventions cause its fun then.) I'm 19 and I'm in the army for God's sake but I'm still going wear my Naruto headband.

Tungsten and I are not saying you cannot do it but it just a tad bit strange seeing an adult doing that. Still, in the army and wearing it? I give you props for not caring what other adults think of you. I just don't wear a belt or headband because I think they do not have a very unique or appealing design. Are you doing all that training and preparation the army does?

But yes I don't really care what other adults view me as. I'm a responsible adult who just so happens to like anime...a lot.

What is the point of this thread anyways? We know there are more girls on DH anyways like previously mentioned. Guys and girls have different and similar reasons and that is that.

Uh.... It was serialized in SHOUNEN Jump. I think Kishimoto drew it as a guy's manga but he knew that he would have a lot of female fans, too. Just about everything has fans of both genders.

but why? and how come....was naruto made for girls? No, it was made for guys since it is shonen but shonen is not necessarily only for guys. Naruto was just made for the world to enjoy and that is it.
