Tell me how awesome the timeskip anime is when it airs, okay? I'll be waiting an eternity for it. xD

Come on, syara! You need to watch it!
Hopefully I'll be done with the fillers by the time the timeskip episode airs. I just finished episode 205 a few minutes ago. *forces self to watch 15 more episodes of fillers*
I've got forever in the manga before I get to the timeskip. I'm only on chapter 30. XD

I'm really adamant about this boycotting of the sub.
Until people stop complaining on the SUB topics about how the DUB sucks, I won't watch. And that'll never happen. Elitists will be elitists. *grumblegrumble* xDD I complain too much.

I like the dub fine. Both the dub and the sub are equal in my opinion. But since the sub is way, way ahead of the dub and I really want to see the timeskip, the sub is a bit ahead of the dub.
Do you read the manga? That way, you'd know what's going on and stuff.

I agree. The sub and dub are equal, in my opinion, too. I just don't like subtitles. (And they give me crack-dreams. No, seriously, they do.)
I do read the manga. So that's basically the only thing stopping me from watching Shippuden when it airs. xDD

XD I've watched so many subbed episodes, that I find myself thinking to myself in a Japanese accent. It's really creepy. And I'm get aggravated when they translated "kage bunshin no jutsu" to "art of the doppleganger" or something like that. I want the Japanese words back. *sobs* You can't resist Shippuden! XD

Art of the Doppelganger was a little weird, I'll admit. But the dub translated it to Shadow Clone Jutsu, which is pretty exact. ♥ VIZ.

I don't mind it when they say Shadow Clone Jutsu. But when it says Art of the Doppleganger I just mentally replace it with Kage Bunshin. I don't like it when they say Lightning Blade instead of Chidori either.

Oh my gosh watching the sub makes me have such weird dreams...it must be a disease. Like, I watched 7 Naruto eppies on youtube, then had a dream about Tenten and I trying to learn how to ski in my cousin's horse field(with no snow)!!! And then we got attacked by a horse... That's why if I'm about to go to sleep, I watch the dub. Less disturbing dreams, haha.

I say dub, because it is actually the only one of the two I watch.

So I'm not the only one whose dreams are disturbed by subtitles? Thank goodness; I thought I was insane. xD
Seriously. I watched a full day's worth of Ouran High School Host Club, and that night I had a dream that my friends were talking to me in some unintelligible language, and giant subtitles were appearing underneath them. And the subtitles were also in some unintelligible language. So yeah. I'm trying to avoid subs for the time being. xDD
EDIT: The dub keeps Chidori, too. ♥ And Naruto's dub VA, Maile Flanagan, has confirmed that Rasengan will be kept, as well.

Yes! The Chidori and Rasengan are saved! I'm happy with the dub. Some of the translations in the manga are weird, though.
What else would Rasengan be? What does it mean in English?

Good, if they changed Rasengan, I would scream. Haha, I've never dreamed about giant subtitles, but I have scary dreams about having to marry those giant blobs off of Spirited away because I stole an electric-blue pansy. (I watched Princess Mononoke and Spirited Away subs one day because of boredome, and wow...) I'm trying to steer clear of subs for a few days, too...

I'm actually disappointed that the dub didn't translate some things. Hold on, before you shoot me, let me explain. xDD Jutsu, for one. It just sounds really odd mixed in with the English translations of the technique names. I'd rather have jutsu translated to "technique". Also, kekkei genkai. Ever since Kakashi's initial explanation, I don't think they've ever referred to it as a kekkei genkai again. They've said "bloodline trait". It's annoying to hear random Japanese words thrown into the dub when they have a perfectly good translation.
I also had a dream that I was in a subtitled anime. The characters were speaking Japanese, and the subtitles were in Spanish or something. And I was just...standing there. Yeah. No subs for me. xD

Spanish? How many subs had you WATCHED? haha Yeah, the fact that they use the Japanese term once and then go to English annoys me...
