I know of a site where you can download most of the episodes as well... but I hate downloading things illegally like that.

WEll, I'd rather have DVD's than watch it on the comp. I watch shows I haven't seen (anime) online. I don't understand why Nick won't release Hey Arnold! on DVD.

I used to love "Hey Arnold!" when I was little and it ran on Nick. My favorite character was Helga, because she's tough on the outside, but sensitive and artistic on the inside. I love the episode when she goes to a psychologist, for once she's nice to Brainy. xD I also took a liking to Phoebe, Helga's nerdy sidekick. The only Phoebe-centric episode I can remember was the one where she meets a singer she adores and finds out he's a wasteful jerk.
I wish Nickelodeon would bring back this great series; none of their new crap can compare to it. The episode where one of the boarders is reunited with his daughter is moving; Spongebob certainly doesn't have anything like that. And the Parent's Day episode is also a serious, artistic episode that a lot of Nick shows these days just lack.

Orangey, I remember another Phoebe centric episode. The one where she has to write a poem, to win a award. but she can't think of a good one! She's so determined to win that she ends up copying a poem. She wins the award, but the guilt eats her up to the point that she ends up going to the teacher and confessing. It's one of my fave Phoebe centric episodes.

I had forgotten about that episode, but it sounds quite familiar. Phoebe is an awesome character. I remember the episode when she stayed at Helga's house to prevent her from sleepwalking and confessing her love for Arnold. And then in the end they find out Helga's sleepwalking was due to her eating pork grinds, I think!
Rhonda's also an interesting character; a snob, but we see a different side of her when her family loses all their money and move into Arnold's grandparent's boarding house. She becomes quite resourceful, but just reverts back to her old ways when she finds out she's rich again.
All of a sudden I'm recalling a lot of episodes. . . Ah, the time of Hey Arnold were the good times on Nick. Another favorite character of mine was their principal; I liked in the episode when one of Arnold's friends (I forgot his name) thought he killed the principal. And the episode where the principal resigns and their teacher becomes the principal is hilarious. The school is in chaos, while the principal is singing karaoke. xD

They say he lost his mind; Went crazy on that day; Ran his train right off the tracks And drove it straight to - Hey! Where's the engineer? Been waitin' all night long; Better show up soon Or I'm have to say so long! Whoo-whoo! Been waitin' on the haunted train... And Orangey, I absolutely love that episode with the karaoke! I can't seem to remember what it was called though...

I taped all the episodes! Books, toys, pencils, etc., in elementary school I was a fanatic. The movie was good, and I hated that they cancelled the show. I personally would've watched Hey Arnold! alot more than SBSP.
