Well in the Avatar world it might not be such a big deal especially since said 12 year old boy is the one exected to save the world. I really really wish people would stop defining Avatar and their relationships by our world's standards. Seriously. How many 12 year olds do you know who save the world. Or 14-15 year old girls who make grown Dai Li agents pee their pants. They aren't typical kids. Well you just received a Karma point for that, I mean that is what I'm trying to understand and say in terms that this is the Avatar World, it is not ours, although specific pairings tend to throw the "real life" issues as something that might make others a bit unhappy on it, the fact is me being a proud kataang fan and all, it is just not the real thing, Besides I already have someone who is 3 years older then me and is legal age too, and I don't mind it just because this person and me are being a "True" Kataang Couple. |

What show are you watching. In the show I'm watching Zuko is much more immature then Aang. In the show i'm watching the only person more immature then him is Koko(that girl from kyoshi island) In my country it's a 7th grader and a freshmen. Which wouldn't be that outta line if they weren't seperated by school

Well the biggest afe difference in the show would be Kataang. Seeing how Aang's 112 & Katara's 14. So there's a 98 year diffrence in age.

All right, all these comparisons to our cultures and modern high schools and what not? Not relevant in any way. If you want to prove me wrong, just give me the name of the school that Aang and Katara attend. Shouldn't be too dificult, we've had over forty episodes to learn the answer by now.

Yea. and besides even if they were in our society, do you think people like Aang and Katara wouldn't get together just because people don't want them to because it would LOOK wrong to see a girl date a boy younger then her? and in their society people are getting married at age 16,something is pretty screwed up if people are expected to get married 2 years after it becomes moral for them to start dating Well the biggest afe difference in the show would be Kataang. Seeing how Aang's 112 & Katara's 14. So there's a 98 year diffrence in age. If you haven't changed in anyway during a year I don't count it. |

Then again there is enough reasons people tend to screw the ships if there seems to be this kind of ordeal in terms of being suspended animation, besides here is a little off topic reasoning from the show Futurama, Fry, a character on there was frozen on accident which was about 1000 years, even though that he was the legal age at the time, would it still make a difference if he was just 1000 years old, even being frozen like that in that show? Besides once again, Avatar DOES NOT MATTER, in terms of age differences, and well also when it comes enjoying your favorite pairing without knowing what their ages maybe. No Offense if I said any thing offensive. |
