Anyone thought of Jet/Song before? That pairing has been nibbling at the back of my mind ever since we were introduced to Song. I had never thought about Jet/Song but it sounds interesting. Maybe Jet and Jun would make a good combination. |

 Not Piandao/Ursa?  My silly new idea is that the Earth King meets up with Zuko's ex.  Then you get... Kuei Mei! Although... he's already got what, like 90 wives?  And she's probably too young for him anyway, even though it's kind of hard to tell how old he actually is. But it would fulfill any ambitions she might have for the throne. XP Maybe they could just hold hands and look soulfully into each other's eyes... and she could learn to like the bear. XD |

Long Feng has been hiding the truth from him ever since he became king at like five and he doesn't have gray hair yet. I am thinking the Earth King is in his early twenties. I refrain from using the term crackship as it is a pretty offensive term unless there isn't a chance in hell that they could get together. Any pairings with a character that is dead are almost automatically crackship although one could realistically get away with pairings with Jet if they were with characters we haven't seen him meet (excluding Jin and Yue) and happened before "The Serpent's Pass". |

My favorite crackship is Hakoda/Ursa. It has potential there and it would be pretty awkward for Sokka, Katara, and Zuko. (..and Azula if she lives to see it.)

The thing that stops me from shipping Hakoda and Ursa with any sort of enthusiasm is the fact that their kids hate each other's guts. I would honestly feel sorry for Katara and Sokka if they had to be step siblings to Azula and Zuko. Though I would be interested in knowing how Katara and Sokka would feel about having Ursa for their step mother. |

My favorites are Azuki, Yuet, and for some reason, Aang with Ty Lee or Mai. I ship Zutara and Tokka so Azuki gets Suki out of the way, and Aang is always left over. Aang and Ty Lee have similar personalities, so its funny to think about them both together. They're both so easily entertained. Mai is just like the complete opposite of Aang, and opposites attract!  |

I am compelled to concur here for exactly that reason (and the whole Sane Parent thing). I just have this mental image of Hakoda introducing his children (somewhat reluctant in Katara's case, she still working through a few things) only to find Ursa and her baby boy having aheart-to-heart. K&S: "ZUKO?!?" Z: "Sokka? Katara? What? Who?" U: <not making connection between Hadoka's and Zuko's tales quite fast enough>"I... I see you've met?" K: <takes deep breath> "... Excuse me." <stalks out> Z: <still short circuting between the ears> "Mother? He is the man you... those are his...." <stares even more fearfully at Ursa's swollen belly> U: "Well I knew he had-" <sounds of massive waterbending carnage unleased on innocent landscape echo from up the river> S: <shrugs> "Hi bro." *thud* <Zuko faints> HTG |

That’s an aspect I like about the Piandao/Ursa crack pairing – Zuko would get a step relative that’s actually bearable/awesome. Plus, like Hakoda/Ursa, I feel it would bring some amusing interactions from Sokka. Mai is just like the complete opposite of Aang, and opposites attract! Heh, the only way I can see Aang and Mai bonding is through something like this. Besides, we all know that Mai’s true opposite soul mate is Katara.  |

I kind of like Urkoda, but i'd only seriously ship it after the war (when Ursa's current husband will presumably be dead...if he dies...which he probably will, but you never know, i suppose.) I've come to think of my OTSP (One True Spiritworld Pairing lol) as being Yue and Lu Ten. They were both heirs to the governship of their peoples but died to protect their nation and tribe before they got to rule (well, probably co-rule in Yue's case, since she's a girl and the northern WT doesn't seem to completely have gender equality--plus she was engaged to Hahn). They both also seem to have been pretty nice (I'm assuming Lu Ten was like his father in that way), so they might make a good match. And they've got the fire/water thing too, like Zutara...lol.
