I'm really glad that Nick is taking notice of us and is going to put the whole thing on the DVD. Thanks for doing all of this Coppa!

Hmm coppa your very generous to comply with nick. I can see where there comming from and I'm excited about the dvds (I'm going to buying all three box sets) but with the lack of inof latly and the way nick (viacom) jerks the fandom around (most notiable viacoms daemanding of there content be taken down and many of those where AMVs not eps) (potentially the Avatar moive by letting M Night rin the moive) to often this just makes me dislike viacom even more. Anyway thank you again coppa I wish you would have worn you appa hat and tail it was smexy.lol ;D

The first time it didn't work because I didn't install Adobe XD But now I've seen it and it's super-awesome-fantastic squeaaaaalllable... (is that a word.... -_-'') You have presented it so good Alternate! It's great to see everything else, apart from the panel, like always. I can't wait for Thursday! You guys are great! And Nick/DVD!!?? It's sounding even greater! Anyways, thanks a lot! I can't describe how much I appreciate it that you have done this for us! You are going to get overloaded with karmas

Ah man that really stinks. . . . . Oh well I guess it's not really something to get sued for but still that sucks. Oh well I'm sure that you're editing skills will be enough to filter out the boring bad stuff and just leave chucks of good clips of the actual conference.
Question Coppa, will your video be more of a news caster type of thing where you read off the important things that occured with a slight audioless clip of the panel in the background or will the video be tons of clips stringed together with your own commentary.

Gee, Coppa! You went to all that trouble and here you can't even show us all of it. Sorry about that. We of the fandom still appreciate all the hard work you put into the stuff you do. Again, (I know you've been hearing this a lot...) the video was amazing!
In any case, the fact that Nick is holding out on us AGAIN is a tad bit frustrating. However, it's all a matter of business. Nick's gotta make a living I guess! Still, I'm sure we'll still be pleased with the stuff you are going to show us. Thanks again, Coppa!

Thanks! Like I said, it's totally cool since Nick will be giving ua a real quality version of the panel regardless. So I'm actually happy for that (also since I was in the front row, I may actually appear on camera on an official Avatar DVD X3).
We're feeling out the details on that right now. Those two approaches you just listed are the same ones I'm proposing, however I can't really say yes or no to either right now since it may have to change. I promise you'll get something though and I won't let it be super scant.

If you want my two cents on the situation I would go for a combination of the two but more focused on the bunch of actual footage with your commentary in the background, instead of the news caster thing. I think the newscaster thing is nice for an introduction but when it comes to the meat of the coverage do it with actual footage. It gives you more of a sense that you're there and there are somethings you just want to hear directly from the source you know (like some of the jokes the creators made like in the last Comic Con).

Then you're in luck! With the expection of one interview with a couple lovely cosplayers, I didn't tape a lick of my ugly mug newscastin' all day during or after the panel XD

I really liked the video. The cards were pretty neat and I like the whole proffessional look of the video. Sadly I haven't actually seen half of that avatar merchandise.

And this is alternatecoppa reporting from the Comic Con signing out. . . . . XD As always Tungsten, you rock! -I believe they wish to include the Panel footage as a special feature in the Season 2 boxed set that's coming out September 11th. If not, they may release it along with one of the individual Season 3 DVDs coming out a few weeks later, but I'm pretty sure it'll be for the Box Set.
