Agreed one final goof-ball episode before the real action begins. when all-you know what-breaks loose. And by "you-know-what" you mean Kattang drama, Zutara drama, and epic duels to the death. Lol

one word..... dumb... I'm kind of disappointed this season - some of the episodes were good and maybe in a longer season it would not have mattered - but this season seems so short and it seems like hardly anything has happened. Now we are coming to the end and it sort of feels empty.. MY THOUGHTS EXACTLY. If this episode had been more serious about what Aang was going through, and if there was one more episode before the Day of Black Sun, then I wouldn't care so much. I was just seriously disappointed. seriously, what d oyou expect? all out aaangst? I thought you were mad at the Zungst

For awhile there I was kind of like "meh" but the episode had some good parts. This season, I dunno, it's like I'm used to thinking of the old stuff as infinitely rewatchable, but this season I keep thinking "am I really going to want to watch this that much in the future?" Even though I do like every episode. This one though... meh, for awhile, but then once Aang's sleep deprivation kicked in full force, it was awesome. Momo and Appa talking was awesome enough, but they actually start fighting samurai-style, OMG that was wintastic. Sokka's psychiatry, Toph asking if she could hit Aang, oh yes, all kinds of great stuff. But actually I'm being unfair to the early part of the episode, I really loved how Aang's nightmares could be so... cliched. Yeah, he's gotta fight the firelord, but no pants? math test? It's like these are the things everyone in any show ever has nightmares about. But here it's not so much a cliche as it is... a welcome reminder that Aang's a normal guy as well as a hero with the weight of the world on his shoulders.
Zuko's stuff was good too. I'm always happy to see Maiko scenes, and while he could be a bit too whiney- and I almost thought Azula was using reverse psychology to get him not to attend the meeting- ultimately I think his reaction after the meeting was a pitch-perfect bookend to the meeting from the Storm flashback, and will be the biggest step yet in getting him to finally wise up. But dang, that boy sure has required a lot of steps....
And oh yes, in years to come I shall relish watching this episode again....

Hm...Nightmares and Daydreams was awesome as hell! Aang's dreams were random and funny at the same time! ;D My favorite Aang's side story part was the samuri fight between Momo and Appa! I LOL'd the whole scene! As for Zuko's side of the story, I thought it was pretty cool, too. Um...is it me, or does Mai only like the "Prince" part of Zuko? *hides from the Maikos* "During the meeting, I was the perfect prince. The son my father always wanted. But I wasn't me." ......*plays Bet On It by Zac Efron* XD OMG YAY, ZUKO ADMITTED IT! WHOOOO! *runs around screaming* Can't wait for the 30th for the Day of Black Sun! ^___________^ For the moment I would have to agree with you. Mai may not know the "real zuko" just the one she wants. Only time will tell.

I found the Zuko subplot to be intresting because we all know what zuko problem is and it seem for the first time he now know what his problem Zuko can now join us

Okay in all seriousness after tonight i think that it is time to put these last 9 episodes behind us and look forward to the radical TV movie in two weeks.

I think only two of you have a problem with rest of the nine episodes....don't paints us all in a bunch.

Wait... is there not an episode next week? But all season they've been talking about 10 straight weeks, now they're skipping a week?

I didn't really like it all that much. There were some funny parts, but that's it.

I think perhaps the most important aspect of the episode may be getting lost amidst all the angsting and dreaming, though... Sokka is making armor for Appa. I can't wait to see how Appa looks in it when it's finished.
