mine says penguin... but other people have these little characters, like song or zuko or katara... how do you do that?

The characters indicate how many posts you have. As you post more, you will get characters and they will change when you reach a new level.

Those little things are called 'chaos', created by our lovely Musogato.  The more you post, the different chaos you get. For example: with about 2000 posts, I believe you have a Blue Spirit chao.  Right now, I have a Cosmic Aang chao, which is as high as the chaos go for now. It's really easy to get these neat little things: just post. =) |
